1 starContractors, Read This Before Signing Up
On July 31, 2025, I paid Contractor Level Up $3,588.30 in full for services. Less than a week later, due to my work schedule getting busier and the services not matching what I expected from our agreement, I requested to cancel and asked for a refund. While they eventually returned my calls, my refund request was denied, and I was pressured to continue instead of receiving my money back. In my personal experience, this was unprofessional and poor customer service. I’m submitting this review to help other contractors make an informed decision before doing business with this company.Contractor Level Up LLC

*****,We take all client feedback seriously and want to provide full context for anyone reading your ********** enrolled on July 31, 2025 and received immediate onboarding, platform access, website setup, and email system configuration.Within the first week, you received two estimate requests that matched your stated service area and project criteria. Records confirm you replied to at least one of these leads and entered into discussion about pricing.During an early call, you mentioned wanting to cancel because you already had enough jobs. Later, your stated reasons for canceling shifted, including concerns about lead quality that are contradicted by the records.Our Service Agreement clearly explains that refunds are only considered if performance criteria are not met after 12 weeks of active participation. Canceling within the first week is outside of this policy.Even though we were not contractually obligated, we offered a one-time courtesy refund of $1,255.90 (35%) in good faith, which exceeded our obligations. This was declined.We understand that sometimes circumstances change, but we also have a responsibility to be fair and consistent with all of our clients. 1 starI been trying to get a refund due to the service not being what is promised. They said they will get you jobs this is a lie they just send emails to whole bunch of companies and then those companies invite you to bid. It’s a 100 plus pages and you have to register through a different system to do this. The help they offer is sending videos. Which is no help when the link doesn’t work. They don’t help like they promise. The emails they send are like spam emails. I even get some back asking me to take them off and other emails that are not even in my companies names. I get bids that are 2 plus hours away from where I live. Or places I can’t even go and work due to me not able to get permits there. I have asked them to change this and they keep falling back on there 6week to 12 week term. I asked them to return my money less then a month in because I was dissatisfied with the service … they said it takes time for them to work out technical issues. I just have not had the best experience and I feel like this is money wasted. No help to my companyContractor Level Up LLC

As outlined clearly in our Service Agreement, our system guarantees delivery of estimate requests, not secured contracts or jobs. The outcome of those requests depends entirely on how each contractor handles themincluding how promptly you respond, the pricing you offer, whether you meet the requirements, and how competitive your proposal is in each ******* your particular case, we have exceeded our guarantee by delivering over 12 estimate requestsmore than double the minimum we promised. You also initiated a dispute through your bank, and after a formal review of the facts, the bank determined that we had fulfilled our service and ruled in our favor. This confirms that delivery was verified and our service was deemed valid.We understand the system may require some effort to engage with (including third-party registration or responding to bids), but these are common steps in public and commercial project sourcing. Our team also provides onboarding videos and support to help navigate these platforms, though clients are responsible for taking action on their own ********* for the email system, it is set up according to compliance best practices, but client outreach activity must be managed by the client to comply with local laws. If you're receiving non-relevant bid opportunities, we encourage all clients to work with us during the full 612 week optimization window, as stated in the agreement, before requesting adjustments or cancellation. Cancelation and refund is only due when we do not deliver the estimate request s promised, which in your case we did.
