    On March 4, 2022, we hired Motorwrench (Craig B****** identified as owner) to provide services on our Seadoo jetski. Before coming over, we clearly indicated to him that the jetski was docked on a Wave Armor. He said it would not be a problem at all for him to provide services on the dock without having it pulled up. That morning, his student named Jack came over first to change the spark plugs, oil and such. He worked on the jetski for about an hour then Craig came with a diagnostic tool to clear the codes. Unfortunately, he kept running for a while yet the codes couldn't be cleared. Due to our busy schedule with a family event, we couldn't stay and wait for the codes to be cleared (mind you Craig already left after waiting for a while). We decided to pay Jack in full and let him go with an agreement that we would try to run the jetski for hours in the next few weeks for the codes to automatically clear. However, if the problem persisted then Craig or Jack would come back to fix it. We even texted Craig to confirm the agreement. He said he would always be there and follow up. We waited for a couple of weeks when the water started getting warmer then started the jetski. Unfortunately, we couldn't start it and the engine codes were still shown on the dashboard. We immediately contacted Craig and Jack via text. First, Jack said he fixed everything before he left so his job was done. We reminded him that he didn't finish the job and showed him the texts between his boss and ourselves. He then said he would stop by on the weekend with Craig. Saturday came, we waited for an hour then Jack texted and said Craig couldn't fix it because the jetski was docked. It had to be on a trailer. Yet prior to taking our money, they both had no problem working on it while it was docked. Jack personally apologized to us but said it was Craig's decision not to come over to fix it.
