    November 2, 2023 I was hired as a contractor to drive for my former employer WE Energies M-F 1am-8am. After over a month of delayed start time. I was told I would start Dec 12th. When that day came, I was told by the operations manager that he hired someone else and that I would be starting in January. January 2024 I was only asked to work as a back up and only worked 4 days. I complained to the corporate (***) and he never followed up. After 2 months of no follow up. I was informed that they canceled my contract without me knowing. To correct the situation, they re activated my contract for 30 days as if im in the wrong. *** missed over 4 months of pay from a contract that I couldve gotten

    Hendo4 Logistics LLC (Owner, ***********************************) was contracted to provide delivery equipment and services to US Pack customers on November 10, 2023. At no time has the Hendo4 Logistics LLC account been inactivated in our system. It remains active today to inquire about dispatch opportunities or for our dispatch team to contact them about opportunities. At the time Hendo4 Logistics LLC expressed interest in providing services to our customer, We Energies, they were requesting dedicated services on an outlined basis. **********************, on behalf of his company, advised our contracting team on or about October 26, 2023 that he would only be able to offer services on certain days of the week. That did not meet the immediate needs of the customer so we contracted a delivery provider that had the capacity to provide the services requested and we proceeded with Hendo4 Logistics LLC as a back up service provider. As a back up in our system we were able to offer them intermittent dispatch opportunities when available, and they would be a provider eligible for future dedicated opportunities should they come available. 

    As represented on the attached Appendix A to the Contractor Agreement executed by **********************, there is no guarantee of volume or revenue as this is contract work. Additionally, the rate represented in the Rate Sheet is applicable "when dispatch is accepted." If dispatch opportunities do not exist or a Contractor elects to decline a dispatch offering, nothing is due.

    In the new attachments. The text message was sent from *** in Corporate informing me that theyve terminated my contract. 
    the other attachment is an email from an ********************************* who is the director of Compliance. The contract was terminated and then they added me back on and the email says it will remain for 30 days 
    on March 19th I received an email with a survey asking me about my experience and how my contracted was terminated

    Those are the conversations between myself and *** the operations manager. No where in that dialogue does it say that I can only work on certain days. The contract was M-F and I agreed to it. They lied and hired a friend and tried to use me as a back up

    It is correct that, pursuant to the terms of the contract, US Pack issued a 30 day contract termination notice on March 19, 2024 due to inactivity of account for a period of time. We are still within that 30 day period and the account for Hendo4 Logistics LLC remains active. A copy of that notice is provided as an attachment.

    We have nothing additional to add at this time. USPack entered into a contract for delivery equipment and services with Hendo4 Logistics LLC. As acknowledged by the owner, **********************, USPack made no commitments to volume or revenue. ********************** made it clear to our contract team that Hendo4 Logistics LLC would not have the resources to provide the dedicated services requested by the customer, however we proceeded to contract Hendo4 Logistics LLC with the understanding it would be on a back up basis as we were under assignment to identify a delivery agent for this customer pursuant to their business needs.

    The inactivity is due to them terminating my contract. I agreed to a contract M-F 1am-9am and after almost 2 months of being lied to, they tried to cover it up as me agreeing to become a back up. Theres no conversation where I agreed to other than accepting M-F 1am as the contact confirmed.

    I ordered an appliance from GE on 20 July with a delivery date of 29 July. Got a call from this delivery co that truck broke down had to reschedule for 2 Aug. Received a text that the item would be delivered between 10-2. No call no show. Made several attempts to GE and the delivery co with no response why it was not delivered. Had to cancel the first order and reorder it with a delivery date of 12 Aug. Delivery co. Called again said truck broke down would deliver next day 13 Aug. again no call no show. I have try to reach the delivery co with no answer on 15 Aug.

    Once we received this information we looked into the issue and resolved. There was multiple issues with the vehicles delivering these items. Delivery was completed on Friday 8/19.
