            On 6/21/23 I paid a $200 deposit to have my vehicle shipped from MD to AZ. Not only did the price keep changing after receiving a quote there was a high-pressure sales tactic used to get me to agree to the higher price right away because “the driver was waiting for a reply”. When we did not agree to the higher price and asked for a refund we were told no and it would be kept as a “cancellation fee”. This is not what was agreed to and is not in the contract we signed. I have contacted BBB, ******** and **** to intervene because this company is a scam. If my money gets refunded I will close this complaint. In the meantime, we are owed $200 as we entered this agreement in good faith. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

            Where do I begin? My representative Andrew ***** was the absolute WORST. He gave me quote that I thought was too high. I told him I decided to go with another carrier. He threatened me, called me dumb and told me I'd be scammed. He said "once they scam you, don't call me to fix it." He repeatedly texted and called until I threatened to call the police. There is NO WAY I'd entrust my property to this man or a company that allows their employees to talk to customers that way RUN
