    Reserved a Hotel room for $319 and charged by card $319. QuickBookings charged my card and then said they ran out of rooms for this rate and they could still book me but the charge would be much more per night. They said they would refund me if I didn't want to continue with a room at the higher rate. I told them to cancel the room and I'd book another room for a cheaper rate. I have been asking for a refund ever since and they continue to say they have sent a refund. They cannot show any type of proof for the refund and my credit card says there has been no refund to process on the account. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they just lie to you and have zero interest in giving me my refund back. This is a perfect example of bad business. Can you please assist in getting me my refund of $319. Thank you.

    Business claimed to be the booking agent for rooms associated with a conference. Took a deposit and now won't refund the deposit, despite being asked repeatedly to cancel the rooms and refund the deposit. Date of occurrence Aug 14/2024. No where does it say deposit is non-refundable. The company represents itself as something or someone it is not. I have asked repeatedly for them to cancel the bookings they made and to refund my deposit money. Every response is from a different person and is always - no. There is no willingness to cancel the rooms, nor to refund my money. They are duping people. Documentation stated that changes and cancelations can be made. Additionally, the direct hotel website states that deposits are not due until Dec 2024 as well as changes and cancelations are permitted with cancelations up to Dec 2/2024 for a full refund.

    I booked a hotel reservation, or so I thought for One Night Aug 3-Aug 4, yesterday and was charged $199.00 and was to receive a Confirmation "within hours" As of right now I have not received anything from them. I tried to call the number listed for them1-863-824-5782 goes unanswered as did an e-mail I sent to them. I have already seen that there are "scams" coming from the number. I have also reported this to my ******************* to try to get this reversed. Can you intervene to get them to release my funds???
