    As an investor and realtor, *** worked with countless agents and companies that offer cash purchases for homes. Unfortunately, many fail to keep their word or prove to be unreliable. Thats never been the case with ***** and ********. Ive known and worked with them for years, and they run an outstanding company. Whether youre selling a home to them or having them list it for you, they deliver exceptional service with integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend!

    My family and I have been investing in *********** Buyers, and their predecessor Creative Builds for over 5 years. We started with a small investment of $50,000, and now have over $700,000 invested in H&LB projects including new construction and flips. They have been excellent to work with, and some of the most ethical people I have ever met. We started with a return of just over 12% annually, and now for 2025 we have a guaranteed return of over 14%. I have been to many of their projects over the years, and as you might expect with that level of success, they build absolutely beautiful, high quality homes. They also go out of their way to help people in distress, helping them or paying for moves, driving them to meetings if need be.Hard working, honest people. It's quite refreshing in this day and age.
