    ******************* assisted me recently (June, 2024) in filing a claim with the VA. Our initial phone call, followed up with his letter containing specific action details enabled me to focus on the course of action required. With my 30 years in the Navy, I would rate ***** in the top 1% of people I've dealt with to resolve issues from simple to complex. Numerically, his performance is at the 12 star level.     I am happy to give this review for Asbestos.com and ***************************. I had been coughing and wheezing for a while and it was getting worse which prompted me to request a pulmonary referral from my primary doctor. Instead he did a D-dimer test for blood clots. The results came back in an hour or two and he called to say that the result was 1800 and should not have been more than 1000. He suggested that I go immediately to the *** which I did and was admitted. A CAT Scan was done which showed the mesothelioma mass. The head cardiologist transferred me to the ************************************* and the biopsy clearly determined it to be mesothelioma. I remained there for six days and discharged with a plan of action by my team. It was while surfing the internet one evening that I stumbled across the asbestos.com site and requested the free materials. Within the hour I received a call from *************************** who has been extremely supportive in my plight to get treatment and financial support. This was a miracle and I highly recommend asbestos.com to anyone who has received the same diagnosis. ************** sent various books by Fed Ex that explain what this condition is, how it is treated, and survivor stories.
