We ordered our engineered flooring with SCS back in early May 2023, for a 3 week turn around time of delivery because that is exactly what we needed and were promised that as well. On June 13th, I was told my pallets were in Texas and I would be provided an update soon on when they will arrive in Orlando. On the 23rd, i heard from the owner that he was waiting on the 2nd pallet to arrive before shipment will be made. First week of July, when I contacted them for a status on delivery, I could not get a hold of the owner or assistant staff they have. A whole month later after expected delivery of my wood, I hear back from the owner on July 13th that my palates were in Dalton Georgia and will arrive in Orlando following Tuesday or Wednesday. Wood did not arrive as expected and owner did not return my calls or texts. He kept his phone turned off for two weeks when I was expecting delivery. On Aug 8th, owner showed up at my property, still no delivery of wood, saying the suppliers had messed up one palate and did not send the same dye lot so it was returned back and a replacement ordered that’s why I did not receive it on time. The following two weeks when I was again expecting delivery of my flooring, the owner disappeared again and did not return my calls and even had his phone turned off without providing any status of my flooring. Finally, I heard back that my flooring will be in Orlando on Aug 29th. That again, did not happen and the owner disappeared without a status. On Sept 11th, I was finally provided a partial order of my wood without all my ordered glue & a promise that the rest will be delivered by that Wednesday. Again, that didn’t happen and I can’t get a hold of the owner or the store staff as well. I’ve already lost a lot of money with 4 months delay on this flooring project. This business is very unreliable, with an owner who’s a cheat and a fraud. This business is just out here to steal from customers and then disappear without the promised products.
