I paid $340.00 for a service that was not completely done. I had completed and volunteered a service for free extensions. This service was over two hours of my time to option the hair. I scheduled an appointment with On- Site Studio to have the exteriors moved up. The additional extensions and hair that was supposed to be in, never came in. My first appointment was at 10:00 a.m. This was canceled as I was walking in. If I were to cancel last minute, I would be charged $150. They did not compensate me for my loss of work or time. A second appointment was made. The hair still wasn't in, rescheduled. A third appointment was made. This is when I spent $340.00 to have my extensions moved up. I paid for a FULL service with the new hair extensions that never came in. A fourth appointment was made. Once again, my hair was not in and my appointment was cancelled same day within an hour of my appointment. I took off of work to come to my appointment. The salon did not compensate me nor cared that I lost $1700 in work for canceling last minute. I requested for Kristin the Owner to call me in regards to ALL canceled appointments and my hair not coming in. Kristin called me a kid, said that she had nothing to do with my hair extensions, advised she will not give me a refund, and she will not compensate for the canceled last minute appointments on her their end. She continued to yell at the top of her lungs that the appointment was canceled and that was that, to deal with it. She doesn't care that I spent $340.00 for a service that was not completed. Again, I spent $340.00 for a full service and I did not get this. Many appointments were canceled to finish my service, and she refused to finish the service. All she kept stating was that it's not her problem and hung up the phone. I am reporting this issue and I would like to request a refund from this salon or the horrible customer service and non finished service.
