      On July 11, 2023, I purchased a firearm from Shooter’s World online. The expected turnaround time was 3-5 days for the item to arrive and the waiting period. Corporate emailed that the item was available for pickup on July 24. The item was shipped to a location that was an hour away so a store representative promised to have the item sent to the store near me. Days later, when I followed up, they stated the representative dropped the ball but advised to dispute with my bank to obtain a refund. I disputed the item with my bank. For weeks, the bank claims to be investigating the dispute and awaiting a response from the merchant. But according to the merchant they responded to the bank indicating that the funds were not released. Over 30 days have elapsed since I made the purchase and requested a refund from either the merchant or bank but neither have the funds have yet to be returned.

      Called before driving 40 mins to make sure the 100 yard range was open and was told it was. Drove out and when checking in her told it hasn’t been open all day and supervisor isn’t going to open it. Ask for the manager to see if something can be done as I just drove all this way based on his employees information. Said he closed it down early because he sent people home. Obvious lie as the range counter said it hasn’t been open all day.

      Last week this customer came in to shoot on our range at our Orlando location.  Unfortunately, we had range safety officers go home sick early this day.  This was not an expected situation that we could have planned for.  While we did have bays open on the range, we could not open the specific bay this one customer wanted.  Safety is our top priority and we would not place any of our customers in harms way by not having sufficient safety officers overseeing the bays.  We had to place the employees we did have in the range bays that were in higher demand.  We apologized for the inconvenience and even offered the customer free range passes for him to come use our range free of charge at a later date.  This customer was extremely standoffish and rude to our staff that was attempting to help him.  He refused the range passes and is now going as far harassing our business and employees.  He has placed the same complaint on 4 different outlets, had his partner also make complaints, has also called our store and our corporate offices.  With the shortage the country is currently facing of willing and able people wanting to work, it is becoming extremely difficult to keep extra bays open for the pleasure of one guest.

      Thank you for your response but I do feel that several things should be pointed out. First, both my self and my partner where at your establishment together and year we both posted reviews on ALL available outlets to inform any one that may be looking for information on your establishment to know how customers are treated. Second, we were never offered a range pass or even a sorry from the assistant manager that dealt with us on the day of your visit. This lack of customer service is what prompted the reviews on all available review outlets and a follow up call to your store in an attempt to speak to the GM Jaqueline. She would not get on the phone and the associate provided me for a number to the corporate office to speak to a Ms. ****** (associate did not know how to spell it). I did call and leave her a message and have yet to receive a call back. Third, there is a shortage of labor in Florida with as unemployment is now at 2.6% thus meaning there are less people to work and that is understandable. *** **** ****** ** **** ***** ** ** ***** ****** ************ ******** **** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ******* ********** ** **** **** *** **** ******* ** **** ****** ******** *** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** **** **** *** **** *** *** ********* **** ***** ***** ********* **** ****** ******** *** ** **** *** *** ******* ******** *** ** *** ********** In conclusion, no one from your establishment has made any effort to contact me and discuss this matter besides this BBB correspondence.
