    Our home was heavily damaged from Hurricane Ian. JD Restorations was contracted by my Public Adjuster and charged with a whole roof tarpover, water and mold mitigation. The tarpover was inadequate. This company has had to come out at least 7 times to fix the multiple tarps on the roof. Each time the fix was unacceptable. Had the tarpover been completed properly the first time they came we wouldn't be having problems. Now my roof and peaks are exposed to the weather in numerous spots and I cannot get the company to respond and redo a terrible job. I am now faced with additional water damage to my home as well as the mold that comes with it. I am furious.
