    The customer service was horrible. The sales guy dropped the ball three times took him over two months to install my fence. One guy showed up. Ive emailed them a month ago to tell them the fence is separating. I still have not heard back from them to come and fix the issue. But they were quick to ask for the final payment. I have left several messages and havent heard back !

    The installation itself was good, but the pricing was not. If you have fencing needs under 100sqft you would be better served going with another company. I was charged $1974 to install two gates, including the material to support them and permitting and so on. Thats all that was done. There is a $450 minimum charge for installations under 100sqft, which I learned about after the fact. My initial invoice did not have any of that information originally. Ill take this as a ****** I will learn from.

We are transparent with our pricing and disclose this information prior to signing the contract. We are truly sorry that you feel that you were overcharged for the gate replacements. We did provide an estimate to you and you did agree to the given price and signed a contract.     Great job from beginning to end. Only 1 installer came and we thought he couldn't get it done in 1 day, but he got it all done in 1 day (he only had one side and 2 gates).

    I finally got approval from my H*A in Land * Lakes, *** to install a fence. I have already put 1/2 of the agreed price down and a permit was pulled on 5/1/24. I have not been able to speak to anyone at Fence Outlet and my calls and messages have gone unanswered .

    From the sales representative (*****) that came to the house and take measurements and show us different styles that would work with our HOA, to the installers that did the job in a single day, we are greatly pleased with the finished fence. It was not without hiccups: one of their shipments of posts was delayed, and then a delivery truck broke down, which delayed the start of the work a day. But they let us know throughout what was going on and took care of the permits beforehand and inspections afterward. We have recommended to others that have not had a fence installed in our community to use Fence Outlet. Professional and affordable.

    Workers showed up and didnt even notify me they were in the backyard. When confronted they did not speak English. Had to wait half the day for interpreter. Multiple panels not level. Cut the landscape lighting and didnt even let me know. Refused to repair. Small hinges on the gates that are sure to malfunction. Should have listened to other fence companies that stated the fence outlet reputation was questionable.

    damage to your property.  Before every project, we have the public utility
    lines located. However, the landscaping lights are not
    public utilities and the utility locate service does not mark private
    lines. Our installers have no way of knowing what is
    under the ground unless it is marked either by the utility locate service or by
    you, the homeowner. As a courtesy, we will issue a refund for the amount of the repairs. We thank you for working with our Customer Service Manager to come to a satisfactory resolution.

    In short, we decided to keep the house after the new fence being installed. Other than waiting for the county to ***** the permit, the Fence Outlet team worked promptly and always kept ** well informed. Mr. ***** the gentelman who came to give us the estimate is very professional and patient. The installation team worked fast and professionally as well. In fact, they were too fast that I missed the fun watching since I had to fly in from anther state. If you have a fence project need to be done, their price is very compatible. Thanks again for providing us with such satifactory service!

    FENCE OUTLET ********* , Just finished up our Vinyl Fence Our salesman ***** and ****** were very professional and easy to reach when I needed them . The office produced a sheet of contact name and numbers . They were able to start our fence a week after signing contract .
