            1. receipt of sale enclosed:2. description of issue attached.3. I have called the ******* office twice to ask for a resolution and both times I was advised someone would call me back. That did not happen. All my calls are to a cell phone.4. The key item in my complaint is that I was advised by the Doctor that the dosage would not be a PDE5 class drug, yet the prescription clearly shows a PDR5 drug. The Doctor was advised during the initial consult that my prior experience with a 100mg PDE5 drug was infective and that was when he told me that their medication did NOT contain a PDE5. drug.5. End result: Product delivered was misrepresented.

            This company ripped ** off by telling us on our first free visit. The first visit was free then we were offered the medication does for ****** dollars when we told them we could not afford that they all the way down to 500 dollars for 15 doses we agreed we was to get the medication in 5 days with a down payment of ****** and the balance of 300 dollars in 1 months, after the 5 days when we did not hear from Premier clinic we called and got a complete different story that we could not get any medications until we paid the balance at that point we did not trust anything they told us. So they got our ****** free since there was no refund. In doing research we found you can get the same medication that they are prescrbing call Trimix from Olympia pharmacy for 2/3 less. Just go to your urologist who can prescribe this medication
