The Week following our transaction with one stop epoxy I was shopping quotes for material for a 500sq ft garage I was set on a uv resitant produxt either xps resin or labpox 40uv and wasnt to focused on the base coat choice as i have used rapid cure mvb before with great success and planned on buying the base coat from my other vendor who is not as local so i have to pay shipping and for a pallet of epoxy thats expensive.

So i call ahead to pick up my order from one stop mike which is not to be confused with the owner michael helps me and gets everything loaded onto a cart prior to me showing up, when i show up to pay I ask and get a few sundries he already had set me up for their inhouse MVB so i ask questions like will this work with the labpox , etc they begin to sell me on their inhouse branded "one stop epoxy 150 fc" its the greatest it has a 12 hr recoat window etc, so i say your claiming it doesnt need to be sanded prior to pouring the metalic coat of labpox on top they tell me "you have 12 hours to pour it on for chemical bond no sanding required so i confirm if I do my base and go get lumch and wait till tacky i can go right over it with the metalic. They say yes no sanding needed many guys have had success with same system I ask where those guys are cause they are lying.

Then i ask for TDS after we check out which im informed doesnt exist yet as its a new product but to trust their word. Which btw i still havent been able to get a tds for the kits I bought!

Anyways i only have 481 characters left so I cant even finish this product liability case explanation basically the product wouldnt allow for chemical bond they dont have a TDS and michael one stop owner wants to shift blame on installer when he is liable to make sure people can use his products for intended purposes WHERE IS TDS! Recoat times are based at 72 degrees so why did you not give me a TDS.

    Anyways

We consider this matter closed.  All challenges faced were clearly due to user error and inexperience.  Hopefully Mr. ******* has learned from his mistakes and moved on.

    Business Response

We have no further comments on this frivolous blather.  It has been clear from day one that Mr* ******* has entirely too much time on his hands.  Clearly he does not work much if at all.  With virtually no epoxy experience under his
belt he posed as an experienced installer and got in way over his head making a
complete and total mess of his customers floor.  He didn’t have the financial means to repair his mess so he actively
sought to blackmail and extort us into paying for it.  He is now posing as an “Epoxy Guru” on FB
offering technical support to unsuspecting newbees providing the industry
    veterans with a regular chuckle.

    None of
his claims have any merit whatsoever.  ALL
in fact are nonfactual.  ALL of his libelous
actions have been well documented prior to his deletion of many of his postings
in his attempt to hide his libelous statements.  We have waited patiently for him to finish his “2 year old like” temper
tantrum and given him every possible opportunity to take responsibility for his
mistakes and leave us out of it, but he has not.

Unfortunately for him we have retained legal
counsel and our team has been monitoring and will continue to monitor his libelous
statements and actions as they have been instructed to take any and all means
of legal recourse against him.  Mr.
******** is in for a very rude awakening when he learns the hard way that
blackmail and extortion simply don’t work.  This will not be tried on a social media platform or the BBB, this is
all being addressed and it will be dealt with in a Civil Lawsuit.

    Customer Answer

I have a great idea how about This Michael , why dont you go ahead and upload the TDS for one stop epoxy 150FC ? Did Tim F******* still not send you one wow thats a shame, and also prooves you sold a defective epoxy.  Also stop slandering my name thinking it some how makes you look better to slander a customers name with your personal belifes. No one cares about your personal belifes you havent even attatched any evidence of anything.

    Heres the facts!

    - You didnt provide a TDS for the 150fc epoxy at point of sale and ignored my formal email requests for one afterwards.

    - You sold a white label base coat with labpox UV40 system which per Labsufaces own rep Jason is not reccomended ever. You sold us a incompatible system!

    - You refused to even come look at the job before forming your own personalized opinions and insulting me, you offered 0 resolution. Said "proove it how many floors have you even done no one will belive you" over the phone and said sue me, the more I think on this I think you set this up deliberitly with malicious intent. In hopes I wouldnt challenge it and just buy more material from you. How scumy.

-You publically threatned to spend money on sueing me in this complaint for Libel instead of just making things right.

my statute of limitations is not up and after the floor is completly fixed we will be taking you to court for the damages cost. I Have gave you every oppurtunity to make things right at half the cost,  and god knows who has been done wrong. After all life is a test you need to own up to the issue and resolve it instead of acting like a child at the expense of your customers.

Stick to selling trusted epoxy brands because your white labeled product which doesnt have a TDS is laughable. And prooves you sold a defective product per florida state statute in floridas product liability law.
