    I called april 21st to have a bulk service pick up from SCC environmental our new trash company. They said it would collected april 30th. I have talked to a supervisor two times named ****** spoke to other people about this issue. *** came by my house with a truck with an arm on 5/5 to just take pictures of my house and leave. They are a terrible service I have called so many times at this point

    Forgot to put my trash out to the curb and their truck just drove by I called to see if they could come back and not only they refused they told me I will have to purchase a $5 sticker for each bag not in the container now that the container is full

    FCC Environmental Services began ************************* for *************** January 2nd, which was supposed to be our initial trash collectin day for our address. I have subsequently called weekly and never had trash picked up on our road, though we all have trash receptacles from their company. Every time they "file a ticket" and no action is taken. The *********************** has no names or phone numbers to escalate past themselves. It's been 3 weeks and no trash pick up, no phone calls back, no emails, no service.

    FCC Environmental has taken over trash collection in *************** and has yet to collect our trash the entire month of January! We have called twice and filed complaints with the business. We have spoken to management and they could not help us or offer us solutions. They pushed everything off by saying we dont have access to that information, we cant guarantee trash pickup. Excuse me?! We pay for trash to be picked up! In fact, the garbage truck came this morning, turned around and left without taking any trash. It has been weeks and the garbage is piling up! This is unacceptable and an environmental issue at this point!

    I have submitted 3 tickets with *** since 01/01/2025. They have failed to follow up on any of these tickets and they have failed to do their job as evidenced by the following notations:1. They have not delivered trash/recycling containers to any of the residential homes on *********************. They have instead left them at the bottom of the mountain road where they mailboxes are, labeled them with our house numbers and expect people to pick them up. No, that's not our job. That's their job.2. They have not picked up trash or recycling for 3 weeks.3. They have not followed up on any calls/tickets I have made.4. They are saying they cannot authorize a refund for the weeks they have not done their job. They should refund all persons whose homes they have not followed through with service.

    *** is a trach collector that has not collected the trash for me or any other resident around 12 in my neighborhood for over a month. Multiple calls and emails sent by me and neighbors with no response.

    Today our garbage was not picked up. Agents do not answer the phone. The email address listed on ***'s website is unattended.

    Garbage in the neighborhood does not get picked up. I call FCC Environmental Services help line many times I leave messages. No one answers the phone and my messages are not returned. I have piles of vegetation garbage that is supposed to be picked up on Wednesday in front of my house since the weekend before that does not get picked up. This has happened several times with vegetation, regular garbage and recycling. This is creating a health hazard and the money that I am paying in taxes is being Stolen by FCC since they are not providing the service that they are being paid to do.
