    I purchased a laser machine. From start to finish it was a nightmare. Lack of communication ******* business after spending $8700 on a machine. I was told I would be provided with videos for setting up and the manual also.( that it wasnt necessary for me to pay for the training which was an additional $2100) The manual I was given isnt even for the machine I bought. I tried searching ******* and there is just no material available. I reach back out regarding the training . They said oh it will be $2199 . I pay it only to find out the next day they are going out of business. I do not hear anything from ***** for over a week . I proceed to tell her please just cancel the training I would like my money back and she continues to string me along . Finally after 4 emails back and forth she said she will put in the request for the refund . About 10 days go by no money. I email old ***** again and she said oh thats weird you should have gotten it A few more days go by and I email again she said they guaranteed it be there Friday or Monday at the latest Its now Thursday of that following week and I have sent 3 emails and nothing

    CamFive sold us a machine with plastic wheels (that controls the bed) instead of metal. The wheels obviously broke and after paying for the replacement in advance, they never delivered. They are now ignoring our emails and calls. Do not order from CamFive they're a scam company
