    The chamberofcommerce.com leaves inaccurate information on their website and will not take down your listing despite request. I have never authorized them to use my business to benefit for their own gain all while providing inaccurate **************** is what support had to say about my request:"After reviewing your request, we have decided to deny the removal of this listing."Please remove my business listing and I will take back this complaint. Thank you.

    Weve reviewed the content in question and have found no inaccurate information on our site. While we understand that receiving critical reviews can be frustrating, we do not remove listings simply because of negative feedback.

    If there are specific concerns about a review violating our policies, were open to reviewing those individually.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing more for us to do here. We have no obligation to remove your listing from our site, none of our data is incorrectly listed, and you have even claimed the business listing.  We have also checked our data against ****** and various other sources where your business is listed, and all the business data matches. 

    We will not be bullied into removing bad reviews from our site because the business owner doesn't like them.

    Complaint Details:I am the owner of Shining Bright Nurturing Space and discovered an unauthorized business listing for my daycare on ChamberOfCommerce.com. This listing was created without my consent or authorization. Despite repeated requests, ChamberOfCommerce.com refuses to remove the listing, citing that it is publicly available and scraped from my ****** Business profile.This unauthorized listing is damaging my business reputation by displaying inaccurate information and unverified reviews. I have not agreed to have my business information listed or scraped by this platform. Their refusal to remove the listing is an overstep and violates my rights as a business owner.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and urge ChamberOfCommerce.com to promptly remove my unauthorized business listing to prevent further reputational harm.Thank you for your attention.

    None of the information listed on our site is inaccurate. We have no obligation to remove any publically available business data from our site, including businesses information, reviews and contact information. Threatening us with legal action and Bad BBB reviews because your business received a bad business review does not constitute us removing your business.

    To the Better Business Bureau,

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

    I reject the business's response as unsatisfactory and dismissive. This is not simply about a “bad review,” as they attempted to frame it. It is about the unauthorized listing and misrepresentation of my business, which I did not submit, verify, or approve — yet it is being published under their domain and presented as if it is an active, user-driven profile.

    Furthermore:

    I did not create or authorize a profile on their platform.

    They are publicly displaying contact and brand information tied to my business, which I have explicitly requested to be removed.

    The refusal to honor a takedown request and their antagonistic communication — including mocking tone, threats of counteraction, and unprofessional behavior — only reinforces my concerns that their practices may fall outside the bounds of good faith digital business standards.

    Let the record show: I am not “threatening” — I am requesting accountability and the protection of my business’s digital footprint. My request remains simple and lawful: remove my business information from your platform upon request, as is common practice with transparent, opt-in directories.

    If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to:

    Seek legal counsel

    Raise public awareness of these practices through additional consumer channels

    I am requesting that the ChamberofCommerce.com remove all unauthorized or unverified listings associated with my business immediately. Anything less is unacceptable.

    I am rejecting the business’s response because it fails to take accountability for their actions and does not resolve the issue at hand. The response is dismissive, misleading, and avoids addressing the core of my complaint. I reported this company because of how they handled my situation — with a lack of professionalism, transparency, and integrity. Their message continues in that same tone.


    To date, I have not received a clear resolution, refund, or acknowledgment of the harm caused. This is not just a misunderstanding — this is a pattern of unacceptable conduct from the business. I trusted this company and feel taken advantage of.


    I am asking for a real resolution, not deflection. Until then, I do not consider this matter closed.

    Chamberofcommerce.com has erroneously attached reviews unrelated to ****** Roofing to our business listing. ****** Roofing, established August 2023, has no association with the reviews dated April 7, 2023, by JG, February 18, 2020, by *****************************, August 31, 2022, by ***************************, and February 6, 2023, by ******. We demand the immediate removal of these irrelevant reviews from our profile.

    The person requesting the profile be fixed on our site has also sent in a support ticket to our company to fix this issue. Within a couple of hours they also submitted a complaint here before even allowing us the courtesy to fix the listing first. 

    While we are always happy to fix issues on our site. The issue was created by their marketing company not correctly tagging the listing to the correct ****** Profile. 

    This issue has already been resolved and as such there is nothing more to do here. 

    We believe this complaint should be removed from BBB as the consumer is not a customer of ours and did not give us the courtesy to resolve the issue with us first.

    Chamberofcommerce.com is giving a misleading and incorrect Review listing of our business. Our business, ***** LED signs - www.petro-ledsigns.com - is showing incomplete reviews on their website and is leaving a false impression about our reviews. We have 29 ****** reviews with a 4.2 star but chamberofcommerce.com is showing only 9 very old reviews with 2 stars. We would like the full 29 ****** reviews to be shown along with the 4.2 star rating.

    chamberofcommerce.com is posting an old ****** review for our company of 1 star. It is the first item anyone sees when searching for our company on Bing. This review has been removed long ago by ****** at my request. The reviewer *************************** has never worked at **********************, we do not manage apartments, we do not have residents. This review was for another company **************** Corporation; we are not affiliated. This is why ****** has removed this review from our company profile, We have lost business because of this false review chamberofcommerce.com is posting on their website. See screenshot. Our website ****************************** clearly states we are not **************** Corporation and we do not manage rental property. We manage home owners associations.
