    I never write reviews but this is to help any other client from being victimized by this man. Dr ******* ***** was supposed to do a root canal for my 17 year old daughter who is extremely terrified of the dentist as many people are. ***** became frustrated with her after jabbing a needle in her mouth to numb it and her struggling to open her mouth back up after the obvious pain from a needle, and told her and I quote "open your f**king mouth or get the f*ck out, this is a free service anyway since your a ******** patient". In reality I just relocated here as a single mother from ** w/ 4 children so this was what I was given as I get my affairs in order. I am a professional myself with a similar degree in serving the public and would never speak to a patient or young scared teenager the way he did and then to degrade a population of individuals due to their insurance status is absolutely disgusting and a complete ethical violation of the oath he took when being licensed and credentialed in his field. I'm heartbroken also to know that there are professionals out here that treat patients like this due to the status of their health insurance. That is a form of hate and major ethical violation and id go as far as to say racism, from what I witnessed at that office. This is obviously an ongoing form of hate for patients depending on how much is entering his bank account rather then giving professional, compassionate, and ethical services to anyone that enters his practice regardless of absolutely anything. I just pray he is not working on patients mouths day to day with this hate he obviously has in his heart and just wanted to protect anyone else's children from having a man that judges your insurance status working on your children without you being present. Is he even doing it correctly or carefully since he obviously is upset about your insurance? That's scary. Someone who degrades his patients and treats them according to their insurance should not be in practice.

    **************,I wanted to follow up on the events that transpired during your daughter's recent visit to our practice. (Please note-She was treated previously without incident). Unfortunately we were unable to proceed with the recent appointment due to her lack of cooperation, which also included the use of inappropriate language directed at our staff. We understand that dental visits can be stressful, but maintaining a respectful environment is essential for providing the best care.As a result of the events, we made the difficult decision to release your daughter from our practice. We believe this is in the best interest of both parties.We are sorry that you are upset following the visit. However, we must emphasize that the vulgar language used during your phone call was also unacceptable.If you need assistance transferring your daughter's records to another provider, please let us know. We are happy to facilitate that process for you.Thank you for understanding.
