    FedEx consistently proves to be the most unreliable shipping company Ive ever dealt with. Their lack of professionalism shows up in every step of the processpackages are delayed without explanation, tracking information is often inaccurate or useless, and delivery times are routinely missed. Unlike other carriers that at least attempt to communicate, FedEx seems to have no accountability when they make mistakes.Customer service is another nightmare. Reaching a real person is nearly impossible, and when you finally do, they offer generic answers instead of solutions. Claims for lost or damaged packages are dragged out and often denied, leaving the customer to absorb the loss.On top of that, drivers frequently mark packages as delivered when nothing ever arrives, forcing customers to waste time chasing down their own shipments. It feels like FedEx values speed over accuracyif the system says its delivered, they consider the job done, regardless of whether the customer actually received their package.Overall, FedEx is the worst delivery service because they combine unreliability, poor communication, and terrible customer support. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, use literally any other carrier.

    I will never purchase from any company that ships via Fedex again. I ordered my item March 11. On March 21 it shows it is at the Fedex facility. It os now April 3 and still no package. I tried to call Fedex and could only get automated system. I attempted file a claim online and it was denied and indicated I had no proof Fedex receieved it. I guess their own website with tracking information is not sufficient. Their customer service certainly leaves something to be desired. If I could leave zero stars I would because they are not worthy of even one.
