    I was just called about an old account as well. I asked for the original contract. She told me that I should have aI was just called about a old account as well. I asked for the original contract. She told me that I should have a copy and that they could not provide me a copy and that I need to look through my files. Im on a payment plan and she told me I need to pay more money that I dont have. She said they could not continue accepting my payment. This sounds unprofessional because from paying something youre gonna not accept it. she told me I shouldve never been offered a payment plan because I didnt pay 20% down and that the person I spoke with at their establishment told me on a recorded line I told her I cant be held accountable because your employee was not educated correctly, and is no longer with the company so she said so irritated this is stressing me out

    These people called me yesterday demanding payment TODAY! Or they would garnish my wages on an at least 15-20y old credit card which they said was from 6y ago. This debt doesn't show up on my credit report and even they themselves said it was charged off. How can they be calling me about this bill?
