  oh nov 29 2024 at around 510 pm waited awhoie hour they walk by me a black person after a hour the manger took my paper work didnt not invick me inside the little did not ask me who i was didnt ask for id ask me who child that was and tha took my papper said she had fax to maid office to verfici the paper because it can be fake ask for my phone and said she call me back me the only black perso in there now it jut talk to her 3 day ago she told me come back with the right paper

  I been trying to use automatic service for past 4months or more, to pay my credit card. Every time I call , I get transfer to Agent who make me pay $7.99 to make my payment without giving me any explanation why, Im unable to make payment over phone without any agent involved. If I dont pay on time is $25 late fee, I already explain multiple time I move over two hours away from nearest branch, I have called multiple times to get this resolved and nothing havent been done, I want all fees they have collected from me, because ist no my fault they dont let me pay with automatic system, agents don't even waive fee as courtesy due this not my fault. This needs to get resolved if no I will seek for legal advice as this need to have why ! This is happening and no one seams to know anything, just collecting wrongly additional money to pay a bill ! I cant imagine how many others are going thru the same situation. I cant log in online to make a payment neither, this situation is abusive.

  I been trying to make my credit card payment for weeks, they refused to let me pay with automated service, they keep sending me to agent to help me to make me pay the xtra fee, they told me to go branch, when many times I have explain that I live over two hours from nearest branch which is *******, every single month is different story, different issue, last month they send me credit card to wrong address, I had to make my payment and they make me pay again the fee, they refused to waive the fee or transfer to automatic service to make the payment by my self. If I don't pay on time they make me pay late fee. I have try to speak with management, they are never available.

  Horrible, untrustworthy company that lacks processes and systems necessary to ensure accuracy. Unwilling to resolve issues and respond appropriately to complaints. Avoid them at all cost.

  I've had HSA account with Gulf States CU for over a decade and then McCoy FCU buys them out and it's been a absolute disaster ever since. Took them months to send me a new debit card and it has not ever worked. I've been into their branch 3 different times trying to get it corrected only to leave with their promise it would be fixed and that someone would be calling me. No call and still doesn't work. I'm moving my account. Called just to get their routing and account number and on hold for 25 minutes to get a representative. With all due respect the representative has no business being in customer service. Very lazy speech and difficult to understand. Mumbled the whole time she was trying to figure out how to get me this simple information and then just put me back on hold without a word. She came back 10 minutes later and said she would email me the information. I find it hard to believe this institution is still in business, their service is just terrible.

  Absolutely ridiculous. We paid off a car loan in 2016. Recently tried to transfer title to daughter, McCoy has a lien still because they say we owe $72 from a 2011 ach charge. Even though this was not a valid charge, we never used the account for anything but for car payments. We came to the bank, from over an hour away, because they said we had to pay with a cashier check. Don't use this generic bank, find a reputable bank that doesn't hire clueless people to make decisions. McCoy, there is a thing called statue of limitations - The statute of limitations for debt in Florida is five years. A creditor has five years to collect for the money you owe. (THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE CHARGE WAS FOR). Most debts are based on written agreements and the statute of limitations period for contract actions is five years.
  This is the unprofessional response: We apologize for the issues that you had; our management team has informed us the issue was resolved.
  The issue was far from resolved, they think because we gave up and paid the the $72, it was resolved. The money isn't important, it is the fact that this bank thinks laws don't apply to them. Lawsuit coming, BBB report and every review I can find will display this review. I don't care if I have spend $5,000 in attorney fees, this unethical business practice will be exposed and I pray it will cost McCoy thousands of dollars.

  Awful Credit Union. Was denied skip a payment from hurricane Ian because I only have made 2 on time payments. Really shows they could care less about its members. These people are awful, stay away and take your business elsewhere - *************** is better, thats pretty bad.
