      October 12 2024, Mr lump was contatcted to help with filing custady paper work for my daughter. Throughout the process he refused to show what he has done, did not want to send reciepts for the money that he was sent or the money he was suposedly using to file documents. After Mr. **** was asked to send the documents he has filed he submitted a blnk document that was not required for what he was being paid to do. Realizing he did not know what he after speaking with an attorney was doing I stated that Id like my money returned. He refused to issue a refund told me to tell the bank it was fraud in order to recive my money back. Ive made several attempts to recieve a refund. The business has also been disolved on 5/24/2024 months prior to inital encounter had I know I would have never done any business with him. On 12/09/24 I reached out to my bank for a return of the funds and my claim was denied due to the items being authorized.

      DONT I REPEAT DONT HAND OVER A DOLLAR TO THIS SCAM... IF I DID MY RESEARCH ON THIS PERSON I WOULD HAVE SAVED 700 dollars.... He's gonna come on here to defend not doing anything he has no real proof of any work he so call says he has done.... Im a father just trying to get my son back and to be take advantage of and have someone call me rude and then block me only made me say let me handle this myself and that I did. It was way easier to upload and do e-files myself. he said we needed to meet to so I can sign papers that I was missing (WHICH WAS FALSE, the same documents I gave him I gave to the courts no changes or anything else needed) we Never got to meet because i missed the date and rescheduled turned into don't worry Ive uploaded your documents so now they have to accept. I was so excited and 2 weeks passed with no updates. I still have no update from BROWARD courts and I decided to call them myself and what he is doing is Fraud so they told me how to handle that so if your reading this and need my help please hit me up and make sure you don't end up s@#@ out of luck there is ways to make sure this doesn't happen to other people

      I paid Chauncy $350 to e file a restraining order involving me and my children back in November. I called the clerk of courts as I’m still being harrassed and they have no paperwork submitted for this issue. I reached out to Chauncy as he stated he will never steal from me and they haven’t been able to serve the person due to the address. I gave him an updated address and it’s still not filed. I would like my money back as he did not do his job so I can hire someone who can help me and my kids.

      Restraining orders are free with the clerk of courts and Ms.****** is not in any domestic battles. She requested a service to have her children fathers girlfriend be removed from around her children. The documents had been submitted to the courts with one address and then she come back and said they have a different address. Every time she gets into an altercation with them verbally she takes her frustration out on my business. She calls the clerk of courts without including me from the start , she includes me on the calls after she says what she wanna say to them without me being present which leaves me in the blind of not knowing what was said. If she wants to file a restraining order she can do so in person , but in order to file a petition for family court and to establish parenting plans and locations of whom the children will reside with can not be done through a domestic violence court and only family division court can assist with that.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I paid mr.**** $350 November 2,2022. He has yet to provide me any proof of submittions to the courts. He has stated over 5x he will call me and the clerks and have yet to do so. I’ve been in and out the court house and as well as phone conversations with family courts and domestic violence and they are not able to access any submittions mr.**** claims to have done in 2022 and 2023. I did and do not take out anything on him or his company as I’ve stated this is a matter of my safety and freedom. I’ve never disrespected mr.**** or anything I come to him as a customer and a single mother and what I’ve paid for 8 months ago has never been submitted. He tells stories about what the courts tell him but it seems to be untrue as I receive no notice and also when I go in person or over the phone it’s always a waste of time because they are unable to find anything. Is there anyway anyone from BBB can contact the clerks and get the proof for them selfs. Chauncey told me last night he would send me the documentation and show me everything I’m asking for and did not follow up to his word. Also because I filed a complaint with BBB he has contacted me on ******** about it stating that his reviews with you all are A+ with no complaints and he does not owe me any proof and to let you all do your job/ investigation. If I wasted money and nothing has been submitted in Nov of 2022 and may 30, 2023 when I let him know about the other situation. Only reason I let him know is because he never submitted anything about the previous situation nor has he with the new situation. I don’t feel as if Chauncey has done his job professionally and effectively and now he is talking down on me stating I’m calling the wrong division. So I’ve spoke to all and even a supervisor and they assured me he has not filed not one case. I also have text message proof I can submit and also ******** messages from this “professional”. I would like my money back if he did not complete his job. And as far as records show he has no completed anything. And he also said you all contacted the clerk of courts and received proof the cases were closed, all he does is tell dishonest truths to try to protect his company and his name. Also said you all closed my case due to the courts confirming my cases were closed. I try to handle everything the right way and get the run around. I would like a investigation done and if you all find out like I did that he has not submitted anything I would like him to return the $350 because I can hire someone who can and will do their job and communicate effectively. I’ve contacted family and other divisions and they have even searched their pending e-file system and nothing is coming up for my name. He claims the courts will send out dcf and that’s also a lie, as I spoke to them and there’s nothing pending or even in their records. Chauncey has been very dishonest to me and he likes to go back and forth even after I send him proof. All he has to do is correct this by sending me proof that the courts do not have. I don’t want him to continue processing anything for me and I again would like my payment refunded as his buisness took my money and has not done anything but caused more issues throughout my days and weeks. The first screenshot is Chauncey stating the BBB received documentation and proof my case was closed and that you all were no longer helping me. He is literally playing a childish blame game when it was him under his own company taking payments and not doing what the company was paid to do. I need assistance with this.
