    We currently do work with anthem software for marketing. Sept 15th there was a payment that auto pulls from the account. Unfortunately something happened and it didnt. That being said the company sent two Docusign emails into the info email box to resubmit payment information. We are limited staff as we are not in season and those emails were overlooked. Not once did anyone call our office. Instead they took the website they built and my original website and locked them up. Refusing to give access. Most of those will have to be read in emails. We caught this issue after a customer reported our website being down. I issued an email stating check was in route right after call with ***. Website was working and he later. Forward to this morning two hours after check dropped in blue mailbox *** closed our website again and now is telling me I have to pay Oct payment as well to get my original website that they do not own. I offered to pay full September plus his fees and that wasnt good enough and he is holding that I need to pay October right now

    We terminated our contract with this vendor on 8/15/2025 and they continued to charge our account. The vendor agreed to our cancelation over email. This is fraud and will be reported if the charge is not refunded.
