    Took my ipad in for free diagnostics. The ipad was not charging and we told them if it is too expensive to fix, then we will just buy a new unit. Called on the day they requested to inquire about diagnosis. They told us they were not ready and needed another day. Called the next day and they said the battery was fine, but charge would be $350 for new DC jack because they would likely break the screen during the removal and replacement. I told them we would pick up the ipad that day (unrepaired) and just buy a new one as the expense was exorbitant. Upon arrival at the store, the manager proceeded to yell and use every vulgar profanity because he felt we insulted him by saying he was too stupid to fix the ipad (we never said this, nor implied this). During his screaming rant we kept quietly asking for our ipad. The manager stated that if we wanted it back we would need to call the police. So we did. After an hour waiting in the car, the Orange County Sherriff (Deputy ******) called the store and told them that if they did not return my ipad, they would go to jail. The manager was conveniently out running errands by this time and the Deputy stayed on the phone while we retrieved the ipad. NEVER do business with this company. I was afraid for my safety. I was emotionally attacked. Completely unprofessional behavior. Shameful!
