    The landlord is very unprofessional. She will call and hang up in you and never picks the phone up when you call because she has caller ID. She hurry up to move me in. The apt was ditty and not the apt we agreed on. She told me 725 will move me in then came back a month later saying I owed 975. I paid it because I have section 8 and kids and didn't wanna get kick out. I have made reports of the leak from the ceiling and the landlord told me it's the lady dialysis machine up stairs. Ac leaks all the time never come and change the filter. I have a leak under the sink never been fixed. I have mushrooms popping up in my apartment. When I make a report she gets even nastier. I've caked city and section 8 and nothing has happen.
