    I ordered 7 socks on October 5, 2023. On October 9, 2023 at approximately 9:59am EST, a shipping label was created but USPS says it has not been picked up yet. I contact the business and was told it was in transit. No other explanation. I spend close to $120 on socks that I needed for my wedding on Saturday October 21, 2023.

    On Sep 9, 2023, I ordered some clothing through Rock 'Em Socks. As of 9/21/23 the order is unfulfilled and there is no way to contact them on the status. I noticed there are many similar complaints about them on your page. Order # ******. They charged me and there is no indication when, if ever, I will receive the order. I believe they are deceptive and potentially a shell of a business used to scam people out of hard-earned money, I would like my product or a refund. I'd appreciate help resolving the situation and I believe people need to know they are not fulfilling their promise. If the situation changes, I'd be happy to apologize but again, there are too many complaints that all appear to be unresolved and I felt I needed to speak up.

    I ordered socks and boxer briefs on 8/22, my order status shows unfulfilled no tracking info has been provided.

    I purchased one pair of socks on May 2nd. This company didn't wait to take my hard earned money on May 3rd, but have yet to deliver my merchandise. This place is a complete fraud. I pray for the demise of your so called "company". You people have messed with the wrong one.

    I ordered socks from Rock'Em socks on 12/8/22. Order number ******* I ordered one pair of socks. $21.99
    I have heard nothing from them since then. Tracking order ********************** It says nothing has happened, not picked up for shipping.

    The phone number listed just keeps ringing. I would like the socks or a full refund. Please help.

    Made a order on 12/23 got a confirmation number and thats it! I tried emailing them the customer service is awful and I fear I'm never gona receive this order by the way customer service just gives you a run around!

    A order was placed for four pairs on 12/5. Three of the four pairs were for a timely event (College Football Playoffs) and as gifts. It said all orders placed by 12/9 would be received before Christmas. A shipping label was sent on 12/9 and then all movement stopped and has since stopped. The same shipping number was being sent and no other email requests are being responded to. I also tried to reach out with direct message on Instagram and commenting on posts but they were deleted by the company.

    I ordered socks from this establishment on 12.10.22. I was aware socks may not come before Christmas which is fine. However on 12.14.22 I was sent information that a label had been created. It was right around the time frame they said the socks would be shipped out... so they got their money from me because they created a label, but my one pair of socks has been in limbo since then. They don't always respond to emails, they are crude, misleading, and will not provide a straightforward response except the label was created and it is in the usps hands. My usps account as of tonight 12.26.22 still says awaiting item. All it says is a label was created...which could have very well been done in-house using a business postal machine. I would like answers as to where my socks are. This is the worse online experience I have had. I would like my money reversed to my account immediately. Also they do not provide a phone number so I am at their mercy.. Thank you BBB
