    Hello, my account is ********************** I am a user of your platform and I am hereby contacting you due to a problem I encountered during the registration process. My account was frozen shortly after verifying my cell phone number. I am sure that my behavior is in full compliance with the platform's regulations and would like to receive a reasonable explanation and solution.When I registered, I made sure that all the personal information I filled in (including my age, occupation and marital status) was true and accurate, without any false content. The photos uploaded are also all true and compliant photos of myself and do not contain any content that violates the rules or laws and regulations of the platform.Regarding security and compliance, the cell phone number I use is a long-term commonly used number, I have not carried out any irregular operation, and there is no suspicious behavior such as frequent change of login device or abnormal login in a different place, and the account is not associated with any fraudulent account. I suspect that the system may have misjudged and marked my normal registration behavior as abnormal. In addition, there are no special regulations in my region that conflict with the *********** the same time, I understand that the platform may occasionally experience technical glitches. If this freeze is due to a server malfunction or software bug, I hope that your team can verify this as soon as possible.I value my experience on the Match platform and am willing to cooperate fully in providing any information necessary to prove the validity of my account.
