I ordered a BLU G6AL cell phone for a total of $98,27 on 06/19/2025. This was a GO991WW 128GB. I received a GO990WW which is a 64GB and less costly. When I attempted to put this phone into operation it froze up and the battery went dead. It would not charge. The day after I received the order I asked for a return material authorization and on 06/27/2025 was supplied with instructions and a label. The item was returned and received in *************** on July 7, 2025.There has been no communication from the seller at all regarding a refund or replacement.Business Response

I purchased a ******* A03s on July 1, 2025, and paid for 3-day shipping. On July 7 I reached out via email, since you can't get anyone on the phone. At this point I was curious about reviews for Q1 and ended up here, on the BBB site, and saw all the bad reviews this company has. I tried calling again on July 8 and left a message to say I wanted to cancel my order, and of course no one called me back. On July 9 I decided to check their website again and my order had finally *** processed. The phone finally arrived and could tell that the box had been opened (picture 1) but was thinking it would be ok, and the phone looks great (picture 2). Where my problem comes in with the battery. I charged the phone to 100% so I could set it up the next day, and overnight with no use at all the battery had gone down by half. I tried to set it up anyway and the battery completely went out while I was trying to set it up. Today, July 14, I went to return it and when I clicked on the link the page it brings up has nothing on it (picture 3). I need to know how to get my money back and where to send this phone back too!!!Business Response

I ordered and paid for a BLUG64L cellular phone with the specification that it contained 128 GB of internal memory. Order was made on June 23, 2025. Order # is ASW_90137. When item was received it instead contains a BLUG64L with only 64 GB of internal memory, clearly a lesser version of what I bought and paid for. There was no contact from them that they were sending me a lessor /cheaper device. I want them to immediately send to me at their expense,, the item I ordered, a BLUG64L cellular phone with 128 GB of internal memory. I have no cell phone for over 4 weeks which is very dangerous, especially when you are a senior citizen with a lifelong metabolic disability and live alone. This is clearly a bait and switch scheme and Florida's attorney general needs to investigate this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I need an affordable cellphone NOW. I have been without one for weeks now due to Assurance wireless being unwilling to replace a defective phone they sent me previously, which has forced me to have to buy one. In addition, they charge exorbitant restocking fees and make the buyer pay for return shipping. I caused none of this problem. I bought and paid for a BLU G64L GO991WW (128 MB of internal storage) at their advertised price. Without my consent, they instead sent me an inferior version of this phone, GO990WW (64 MB of internal storage), probably hoping I wouldnt notice.
My proposed solution is for them to credit my credit card for the $30.00 price point differential that these phones cost on other retailers websites. Or I will return the inferior phone ( with no restocking fees and them paying the return postage) once I receive the phone I actually ordered and paid for. If they chose this option I need a definitive timeframe as to when they will be shipping me the BLUG64L G0991WW that I bought and paid for. Conversely, if they chose to refund me $30.00 due to the inferior phone they sent me, that needs to happen today or I will be contacting the ************************* office and the *** to file a complaints. This company has caused me pain and suffering due to their fraudulent business practices.

I am requesting a refund or option to exchange goods and services from this company under the Duty to disclose law. I purchased a ******* Galaxy A14 5G phone from Quality One Wireless on June 23rd 2024. I recently discovered this phone does not have the option to toggle the video calling feature on or off. I thought this was a defect but I was informed by ******* that this feature was remove from their phones in April 2024, before I purchased my phone. Quality One Wireless does not disclose this information under the phone specs on their website, which is their duty to do so, since they chose to buy and sell ******* phone under their corporation. If this non-feature was disclosed on their website, I would not have purchased this particular phone. I am requesting either a refund or the option to exchange my phone for another phone of equal value that has the option to toggle video calling on or off directly on the phone app without having to use a third party app such as ****** meet.Thank you.Business Response

Buyers remorse typically refers to feelings of regret or anxiety following a purchase, often due to impulsive decision-making. That is not the case here. My issue is centered on failure to disclose.
Quality One Wireless failed to provide relevant and necessary information that would have significantly impacted my purchasing decision. In any business transaction, parties are expected to disclose material informationsuch as product limitations, specifications, and other relevant detailsthat could influence the buyers choice. Had Quality One disclosed the unspecified limitations of the ******* Galaxy A14 5G, I would have selected a different device.
This matter does not fall under *******'s warranty coverage, as it is not considered a product defect. Therefore, the responsibility to resolve this issue rests solely with Quality One Wireless as I purchased the phone from them.
I have contacted ******* support multiple times, and they are open to participating in a conference call with Quality One Wireless to confirm the information I am attempting to provide. Unfortunately, Quality One's customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective. There is no direct way to speak with a live support agent; instead, callers are required to leave a message and wait for a callback. Despite my request for a phone call, I only received email responses, which I find unacceptable and unhelpful.
Du to this lack of transparency and poor customer service, I felt compelled to escalate the matter and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

On April 22, 2025, I ordered a new BLU G53 with a year warranty for both the device and the *** card. They proceeded to not ship my device until I emailed them on April 29 and for it to ship on April 30. May 2, 2025 it arrived with malware making the phone unusable. Cant stop getting notifications from apps that dont exist in addition to other popups. This phone was $94.81 including everything and I would like a refund. I called Assurance Wireless and proceeded to talk with an associate on June 6th and was told i would be sent an email with return instructions. That NEVER happened. Therefore I called again on June 13th where I was told to call QUALITY ONE SHOP Q where I purchased the phone and the number does not allow you to talk to a human. On January 15 2025 I purchased a galaxy oh9ne for $311.38 from Quality One Phone website. The phone is defective. The wifi service keeps disconnecting and the phone freezes. Good Afternoon, I don't remember how long ago I requested free phone service with Assurance Wireless. The phone stopped working well so I was advised to go to Quality One and order a phone. I ordered a ******** Moto g play 2024. Unfortunately, it stopped working properly, and did razy things, including not being able to access apps and an app blocking my screen. I asked Assurance to transfer my service back to the free phone, which believe it or not, worked better than the $119 ********. I am totally unable to reach Quality One eith by phone or their website, for at least three weeks. They never return calls, don't answer the hone, and no one is ever helping on the website. I've left 2 messages 2 weeks ago with no response. I want a refund since I do not want to deal with a company I can't reach and that never responds. Please help. The last *** I spoke to at Assurance would not give me the address to return the phone. I would like a refund of $119 plus whatever other fees I paid for tax, warranty, which is supposed to be one year, and charger and SIM card. They charge for everything. I am not totally rejecting this response because: I need the receipt because somehow I misplaced my copy.I'm asking BBB request this for me because they Quality One has not answered or returned my call, neither hav e they responded to my online messages for o ver a month. So the only way to get the info I need is for your agency to request it. Please also ask for info on how to contact *********
Quality One website states that there is a 1 year warranty on this phone but does not inform us who to contact.
I hope I don't have to wait another month for a response from this company. I am very frustrated with this phone and with their service.
