    My house was damaged by Hurricane ******. October 9th, 2024. I file a claim with my insurance. I received the money from them and looked for general contractors. I signed a contract with builders Knowledge. They gave me a time line of when they were going to begin and end work. Request a ******** down payment they took that out of my bank on 12/27/24. They were to start 1/6/25 and end 1/20/25. They never showed up after text and emails and them giving me the run around and me going to there instagram page I got ahold of "******* from the company" that exactly how he introduced himself in a text. He said they will reimburse me in full. Explained they did have enough imigrant workers and too many jobs going on and I got lost in the shuffle. Ridiculous. He told me it would take 90 days for the refund.. I'm thinking what other choice do I have it will take that long to sue plus 300 dollars to file. Well 90 days past no money no response to any text. They are theifs and frauds and all I want back is the money they stole from me. Just an even split. But they don't even communicate. Bottom line they took ******** dollars from me did absolutely nothing tried erasing all their tracks online and keep my money. They are extremely shady. I knew something was wrong when the contract online was changing and being removed from " Houzz" website where they transfer my contract said my homepage and the way to communicate would be through there. Wrong horrible communicate lead to none. I need my money back here it is June and I still have repairs that needs done. I really just want to be made whole, but quickly ive given them way too long, and my next step is court and other state filings that I can find. ******* said the company will let you know when they reimburse you. Last I heard. I have plenty of documents and texts my bank statement showing their withdraw. I think they under quoted me broke our contract because they'd lose money. They gained i lost. Its wrong.
