Back in March of 2022 I ****** ****** was looking for a new business industry to invest in. This is where I ran into Wealth Accelerators. I found them on ******** * ********** did my due diligence in researching the company and could not find any bad signs anywhere, everything seemed legit. I went ahead and enrolled in there orientation and loved what they were "providing and bringing to the table" which looking back now it was filled with unfulfilled and broken promises. The service in question was E-Commerce, and they offered a number of services such as ******* ******** ********* & trucking automation. I moved forward with there ******** Automation package which was 25,000 for the package. I wanted to do the ****** package but it was too much and I specifically took out a loan for this investment with the notion that it will pay itself off based on the revenue projections & statistics they were marketing to me. After going through the contract, I felt comfortable based on what I was sold on and moved forward with submitting the wire transfer. The date was April 1, 2022. Once they received the wire they stated they would start working on my store immediately and that it should take about 2 months to have it open and fully running. Fast forward 7 months months and it took many back & forth via emails to finally get an answer in regards to my stores status. At one point i asked my account manager, Kevin Velasquez if he can speak with Michael S***** the CEO about receiving a refund, to which he stated no to give the store time to fill out and make sales. That was the last conversation I had with Mr. V******** who disappeared after that and a new account manager named ****** **** was handed my store to manage. I also noticed Mr. V******** completely sever ties with Wealth Accelerators after our conversation which I found suspicious being that he was always so enthusiastic about working there. There were plenty of invoice discrepancies, being charged $140 monthly on invoices for $100 worth of sales which was just ridiculous. A lot of changes were made that were unannounced and sprung on us such as raising the Software & Virtual Assistant fees monthly from $100 to $140 which resulted in just more money being grabbed by this company. Fast forward again to May of this year 2023 and they had an employee start charging clients Credit Cards for gift cards and sending it to specific addresses. After this occurred I locked all of my accounts from them and filed fraudulent charges through ****** and ******** ******** At this time the account manager ****** Cafe is trying to apologize for the inconvenience, continued to talk about needing access to the account so they can proceed with running the store. At this point this $25,000 investment has not even grossed me $1000 in over a year dealing with this firm. Before I knew it by June 1st, 2023 I was introduced to another account manager named Darwen L***** who was trying to talk with me in regards to what happened with the fraud activity and moving forward with operating my ******** store. We were able to link up and speak on July 14th, 2023. I gave him all the information I had and expressed my frustration with this investment and how its been a nuisance since I committed to it. He reassured me he was going to make a difference and run my store to perfection. At this point I decided I give it another try. Before I knew it I received an email from wealth Accelerators on July 20th, 2023 where they stated this will be discontinuing/terminating their services for ******** automation effective immediately. At this point in time me and my wife stated digging and found numerous reddit groups and ********* posts/threads that accused Wealth Accelerators of wire fraud, running a Ponzi-scheme, and that they were being investigated by the FBI. An FBI complaint form was then sent to the reddit chat for everyone to submit a complaint, which we did as well as file our complaint here. We just want our money back, we were pretty much robbed at this point with how they negligently dealt with our store which they were supposed to automate and instead probably used our funds to live lavish lifestyles as they portray in their social media profiles. We have hope they will do the right thing and give us our money back. We are currently weighing our options with legal counsel if they refuse to do the right thing. This situation has been a nightmare and we would just like for it to be over.

Lovetta here. I referred my friend ********** ****** to Wealth Accelerators to do their $100,000 trucking automation service and a contract was signed on October 18, 2022. On **********'s behalf, I sent them $37,000 on October 27, 2022, as a partial payment (through my bank account via wire). We were unable to come up with the rest of the funds and given that no service has started due to the $100,000 not being paid in full, we asked that everything be reversed and sent back our $37,000.
The first ask was back on January 12, 2023, where they claimed that won’t send it back due to the contract. After another ask in March where they declined again, I took a deeper look at the contract. As the contract stated that “The Payment” is $100,000 and $100,000 was not paid, and no services were rendered as a result of what was paid, the contract was never consummated and therefore void, leaving the $37,000 in limbo to be refunded. They asked to transfer the funds to another service but after getting major red flags from the way they were handling this situation, we just opted again to move forward with the refund.
After going back and forth with Jenna, one of their representatives, I finally got an email audience with Michael S*****, CEO of Wealth Accelerators. Specifically, I finally figured out his email and sent him an email on April 7th, only to not receive a response from him until May 16th. He states that they will be sending the refund with the refund budget. After following up week after week as to a timeline for the refund, I received another message on June 7th stating that he does not determine the payback schedules and that is a finance team issue.
When asked for the appropriate form of contact for the finance team member handling this, after being ignored for a couple more weeks, I was told to reach out to the client management department but wasn’t told who that was or how to reach them and of course when asked, I’ve received no response. See below for rest.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/06/2023

    Hello *****,

We sincerely apologize for you having a poor experience with our company, we never want anyone to have a bad experience. We do thank you though for leaving this feedback so that we can use it to continue to improve in the future and make sure that these types of scenarios have been mitigated as much as possible. I believe the main issue here is that this was probably not the best business opportunity for you as we mainly work with partners on a long-term basis. This is absolutely not a "Get-Rich-Quick" & if you are seeking for something that provides those type of instantaneous results that is definitely not here. What we do takes time, as we are building out the foundation of your business and scaling from there. That is why the contract that you signed is a 2-year contract with a strict "no refund" policy. In addition to that we constantly preach and educate that the best results will come in years 3-5+ as that is when the asset(business) has had time to fully mature and produce on a consistent, regular basis.

However, since this situation seems to not be a good fit for you, we have been willing to release you early from the agreement. Our company has a strict refund process which involves approval from our finance department for our monthly refund budget. The reason why we have a budget set for refunds each month is so that we do not put the company into an unhealthy position which would not only jeopardize your business/now refund, but all of our clients. We have to make smart decisions. Our CFO came to us from a $2B Hedge Fund and was a standout scholar at U-Penn Wharton Business School so he definitely knows what we are able to refund out on a monthly basis.

So when we find ourselves in a situation like this where you made a 2-year commitment to us and the business & then suddenly want to back out thats something that we can always consider but there is a reason why we have a "no refunds" policy to begin with. It's because we need to be able to use that capital to secure the truck, recruit the driver, handle registrations, maintenance, staff, etc etc... There are many expenses involved in the trucking space. Our fulfillment is not free and it costs money to be able to operate the service, so pulling out midway through the commitment requires some time to be able to properly help you exit the business as your status is currently "in progress" of fulfillment.

In terms of communication we have record in our CRM of constant communication back and forth between not only our account managers and you but also our client managers. Please also note that correspondence can be as long as 24 hours, and also when a lot of the emails are the same we will typically respond to multiple at once as a lot of your recent emails have been mostly a lot of threats towards our business and staff. We understand that you would like to exit the business as fast as possible, and its absolutely the same for us. As we've explained many times our business is not a scam. We have more than 50 US Based employees, and more than 100 International Contractors. In addition to that we have a headquarters in Orlando, FL we have encouraged you to visit, Warehouse in Tampa, and Truck yards in Houston, Jacksonville, and Knoxville.

When you enter into a legal, binding agreement in the future we recommend that you read through thoroughly and consult an attorney before you make the decision to proceed into a long-term commitment. That way you don't find yourself in this type of situation again. Our services are for those who are more advanced in business and understand that businesses take time to build and mature because again, this is NOT a "Get-Rich-Quick".

In regard to your current issue our team has already notified you of the progress of the refund and have let you know that refund payments will begin going out. If that's all good with you we'd love to wrap things up in a professional manner and continue down our separate paths. We wish the best of luck to you in all future endeavors.

April 2022: a loan for 50,000 was acquired and sent to wealth accelerators. as well as a 25,000 inhouse loan that would be paid off with the ROI.
What was promised: 10,000/ month (50% of the trunks revenue)
Dec 2022: the date the trucks would get on the road for work has been pushed from 3-6 months, to 6-8 months, and now to another 2-5 months.

Little to NO communication. Lies on lies.

I also gave them 15,000 to run a ******** store. Promising 3-5,000/month. ive made $50-200/month on which they bill me fees and for their part of the profit which is 80-120/month.

Wealth accelerators has done nothing but given empty promises, false profit loss statements, and little to no hope that things will change. Their staff changes constantly and are not aware of what was previously promised.

    Hello ******,

Thanks so much for writing us this complaint so that we have the opportunity to resolve this issue and serve you at a higher level! It is definitely not something we enjoy to read seeing that you've had a poor experience but nonetheless it does help us improve greatly! So thank you again for taking the time to write us and allow us the ability to improve.

In regard to you statement I would like to remind you that Wealth Accelerators does not "promise" any returns or ROI. We do not ever forecast or predict future returns, we only provide estimates based off of historical data. So I think it's important to have that understanding first and foremost because it appears throughout your statement you make several references to "promises" that were given to you. Our staff and sales team are instructed to absolutely not ever give any sort of promises or guarantees of return. We constantly monitor our call recordings for compliance on this matter. So I think maybe there is some confusion around the subject.  Also, in addition to that it is really important to understand that the services you signed up for are brand new services. When you had joined we were only a couple months into launching these referenced services. So there is always going to be some calibration whenever something new is launched. We definitely understand having a high expectation but unfortunately we are human and therefore prone to mistakes and learning. As well, there are many economic factors which impacted the results and these are things that are out of our control. We do not control the freight market or global economics, or things such as the war in Russa/Ukraine which skyrocketed oil prices. These are things that impact what we are able to do from our level and unfortunately we do not control these things.

Same thing goes for your facebook service, we unfortunately do not control the "traffic" facebook sends to your store. That is another service that is brand new as facebook just launched their platform recently within the past 2-3 years and they are doing a lot of development work on their site as they prepare for millions of online retail sellers using their platform. In regard to communication and looking through our CRM notes I can see that you have had consistent contact with your account manager so I will be sure to have our client manager assist the account manager in your case so that you can get any additional questions answered.

It appears that maybe the main issue here comes down to a first time experience with owning a business. You see, our services are not "get-rich-quick" type of deals by any means. We build long-term, sustainable businesses that scale over the years and after 3-5 years you have a reliable asset with consistent, steady cashflow. Plus with your services there are contractual breakeven clauses, so regardless of any missed timelines you are legally bound to breakeven otherwise our company pays the difference. Based off of your message here and with you still being in the very early stages of your contract term it seems as though maybe this was not the right opportunity for you to get started with. In business there are many variables and thats why we constantly preach and educate that our services deliver their best results within 3-5 years. Your complaint was received after about 6-7 months in our program and thus we have not had the proper time to fully show you what we can do and the ability of our team to deliver. If that's the case we are happy to look into solutions to help you resolve the matter and make sure that you have options for an early exit in this case if you desire.

But I do again want to make one thing extremely clear and that is that our team does not make promises of return or ROI. We only quote historical data. We have lots of data and proof of the performance of both our trucks and our ecommerce stores hitting the numbers originally quoted. With that said, we do understand the markets have shifted and caused a lot of this confusion here. However, in regard to the claim of us sharing false profit and loss statements that is an accusation we take quite seriously as that is an accusation of fraud. We have proper records of all profit and loss statements shared and can show these results. We again, understand the frustration with shifting market cycles and economic downturns but thats again why the best results come from the long haul.

In the future it may be best for you to consult and attorney or legal representative before you enter into a long term business commitment that way you don't find yourself in a similar type of situation. Our services are best suited for experienced business owners as there can be short term volatility in results and that can lead to stress and frustration for those that have not had much experience with owning or running a business.

So we would like to offer you a formal apology for onboarding you into our services as it does not appear to have been the greatest fit. Our team would like the opportunity to be able to make things right and help you out of your services. We do again appreciate you for sharing your concerns so we can use that to improve and be better for future customers. We are committed to resolving this situation in the best way possible and making sure you leave here with a great experience!
