    Hello to whoever this concerns. Around December of last year, in 2023, I messaged ***** about a course she was offering for braiding. She informed me that the required deposit was $150. I paid the deposit and awaited our appointment date. Closer to our appointment date, she called the day before and informed us that we needed to reschedule because she had recently moved. I said that was okay. After a while, I messaged her saying that I wouldn't be able to attend the class and asked if we could use the deposit as a credit for a hairstyle. She agreed. I scheduled the appointment with her, but she canceled on me just 30 minutes before. I asked her if I could get the money back, and she said she would. However, she hasn't refunded the money yet, despite saying she would. I also scheduled appointments for my partner and my son, but I've been unable to reach her to inquire about rates and the total cost of the hairstyles. She has not responded to any of my messages, and her behavior, including smoking in my face during appointments, is very unprofessional. She also has anger issues. Honestly, all I want is for her to refund my money.
