  Our house was built in 1985 and the Florida weather had caused damage to our garage ceiling – sagging drywall, peeling tape, loosened nails, and water stains. I had shored up the drywall with screws and large washers but other areas began to sag as well. I contact several drywall repairers on the BBB with 1) “A-“ or better rating, 2) good reviews, 3) in business longer than 2 years. Out of 7 that responded to my request, I chose Prime Touch based on quick response, and customer service from Rodney. Their estimate was among the lowest although NOT THE lowest.
  
  They sent a team of 2 for a day and a half that covered the entire floor with brown paper, the cabinets with plastic, took down the fan and light fixture. They took down most of the ceiling (they cut around the garage door supports). They then installed 420 sqft of drywall, taped and applied a layer of mud. On the 3rd day, their finisher came out as did Rodney. Rodney inspected for quality and the two made some additional changes to improve both the stability and look of the ceiling then applied 2 more coats of mud. After allowing that to dry for a couple of hours the finisher sanded it all and sprayed everything with popcorn (to match every other room of the house).
  They hauled off all the debris, rolled up all the paper and plastic, and swept the garage floor clean.
  
  The ceiling is beautiful! I give them an A+. Would I recommend them – Absolutely in a heartbeat!!!

  If I could give prime touch home improvements 6 stars I would. Rodney and his team are extremely professional, reliable and honest with end product expectations. They were detailed and very responsive. After a bad experience with another team who did botched work in my home, I reached out to Rodney who gave me certainty that although we had to redo the construction of a shower and 20 foot tv wall it was repairable and that I was in good hands this time around. Not only did they bring their meticulous expert ways but they gave me suggestions which enhanced my ideas and brought them to light. What started as a job to mend previously botched work ended up in multiple additional projects based off of how satisfied and content we felt with the labor being done. We feel eternal gratitude towards Prime touch improvements for allowing our vision of our dream home to come to light and look forward to future projects!
