They lack integrity in everything & only care about trying to hustle customers. They lie about everything . They took and stole the car back with a second key, they took my money $ **** down for car the said was $12,000. So I requested to finance the car thru the bank westlake as they informed me and I said was going to put 50% down so to finish the payments quick, the agreed they said they forwarded to the bank, i was approved was finance only $7000. Then in less then 24hrs i found out the a car had issues returned it asked for my money they refused they said it's my car already I have paid 50% of the car the can only offer to fix it. They did, but going forward I made payments of $416 for 3 months, then the sent me a invoice of the balance to payoff different from the quote I was given and it's not from the bank showing the payoff it's $11,000. And the original cost of the car was $12,000 and i put $**** down. Then I noticed I have been scammed they said yes it's in house bank we said, but I asked even with that I put $**** I have made 3 payments of $416. What is even the worth for the car it's *** 528i 2011, and they told me it's $6500 market worth on carfax, and you want me to pay 3 times the amount and your lied to me you didn't process it thru a bank, please I will return your car please refund my money. We drag it back and forth they refuse and I refuse to make payments I want my money back or I paid you for the worth of the car. Then one night I want out they came and stole the car in a parking lot with my things inside with cash over $2000 in the car and a car Daigonisic computer worth $700 was missing from the car. Please I would like you to investigate because I don't know how this things work I believe I have been scammed by this business.
