            We first put my truck in the shop for AC issues in March of this year (2021). After about a week, they claimed they fixed it. When I picked it up, it seemed to work so I paid and left. About 10 minutes later, the AC stopped working again. I needed the truck for work so I did not take it back immediately but my husband notified the shop and they said to bring it back when we could. We brought it back again, they still could not fix it but I needed it again. After school ended, we took it back for a third time. They had it for over a month this time. The technician, Angel, messaged my husband about trying to fix it many times but said the owner would not let him do it. We took my truck back with the AC still not working. We told the owner that we needed a refund or for him to take it to another shop. He refused and put all of the blame on the technician, when the technician did only what the owner would allow him to.

            I went in there for a simple problem knew what was wrong with my car then they sabotaged my car and loosened the bolts breaking with seal which had to be replaced but I'm not stupid I didn't do it by them I left and we had it done by another company I'm completely satisfied with the other company but Auto tech is a scam they will do anything to get more money out of you including sabotage.
