So I brought my dogs here to board. Mind you there not due for shots until the 18th, I did say call me before doing shots . I was told they would . I got NO call. I pick them up and the lady couldn't even spell my dogs names. Then before giving me a bill she asks me for payment. I asked for my bill as the last time I was over charged on my credit card . Good thing I did . When I received my bill it was over $400. Not expecting this as I was even told it would not exceed $300 . I asked to speak with a manager . They sent a regular employee. (Bad business) meanwhile she tried to tell me my dogs had to have vacinnes to be boarded. But little did she know I am aware they were not due yet. As I had spoke to previous employee prior to dropping off. As I am standing there I have noticed several people come up to pick up there animals and this young girl ask them all for payment prior to giving them a bill. Be very cautious. They did this to my husband the last time picking up our dog and he got the bill and reciept after payment showing he had been over charged. I feel there are untrustworthy employees at this location as they are not giving the bills and just taking credit cards. So how do you know how much your bill is.. good question.. if you don't ask you don't ! The last incident was taken to a manager and where did the money go? All new faces and at that time it showed we were given cash back for something an employee obviously put in there pocket. I normally would not write a review like this but they are unprofessional and this method is not the way to do business. When asking if that was a normal way if doing things I was told yes, but customers can ask to see the bill. Uh no. For many years people get the bill then they pay it. Unless you are stealing why would you do this!!!! People also wait way to long to pick up and drop off animals. A minimum of an hour . Except the guy beside me . He was the only one in and out within 15 mins. Be very cautious. . Ask for your bill!!!
