Thank you, ***** has already finished with our unit and as always did an excellent job! What impressed me as soon as he arrived is he remembered from the service back in Oct *************************************************************** our master bedroom closet. That was the first thing he mentioned to me and asked if I looked into it further. I actually did by emptying the closet, opening the wall and discovered the the main supply duct had come apart at the upper seam and fallen down. I was able to repair the duct by myself. That was a good testament of *****'s dedication to his customers and his craft!Thank you again ****** Annetta ******

I had Mills Air come to my home the end of September. I told the tech that it was making a weird noise and it sounded like it trying to shut off and on. He opened up the cover of the unit and told me that my belts were getting old and that was all because the air was still working at the time. He NEVER walked around the house to see my outside unit. He instead began to tell me about his life in the air conditioning business. Then he left. I called back 2 months later and spoke to someone that my unit just stopped working. I explained that the original tech never helped me. I never received a call back. I went the whole winter without heat. Thankfully on the very first hot day, I called a ANOTHER COMPANY to look at the unit for me. Come to find out the motor blew! And I had a 10 year warranty on it! Mills air never even tested the motor or even gave that a consideration. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will certainly share my experience so that no one has to deal with what I had to deal with. Shame on you Mills Air!

******** company that have you workers there that don't have clue what there doing.I had service tech come out last week never touch my thermostat and charged me $140. AC worked for about an hour had to call back and they sent someone else back out next day. Granted I ask for a senior tech they yet sent another guy out that hadn't been with the company long. And he comes up and says I need all new wiring for $1800 flat amount. I ask Mills to put this in an invoice and they didn't do anything but put in an email no breakdown on an invoice. So I asked to have the owner call me. Didn't happen a Manager sent an email same ******** I got a second opinion and it was just a Valve and my AC didn't need to be totally rewired. They were trying to RIP me off. So I sent an email to the manager and requested my $140 to be returned **** no response as the techs didn't do anything but waste my time. So I'll have to if course go to the next steps to get my money returned. Shameful now days that both Old and New companies just won't do right by the citizens in the community over greed.Stay away from this company.

I had Mills Air service my property three times over less than a one month. The first visit includes the diagnostic and service which is supposed to diagnose the WHOLE ** system to see what needs to be done as to why it is not cooling. The first visit was simply diagnosed for cleaning out the drain pipes which cost over $250. Then they had to be called back again for a second visit a couple of weeks later that the ** is not cooling properly and that there is a discrepancy of the thermostat and the inside temperature readings. This was not diagnosed and checked in the first visit and I was billed again for the 2nd visit for over $200 to install a new thermostat for labor and thermostat, as a new thermostat cost less than $200. Then about a week later, again they have to be called back because the ** is constantly running and it was found there is a leak in the attic and it was sealed with mastic tape which cost $200 visit . All together the costs came up to close to a $1000. That is crazy and I will NOT use them again.

"Mills Air understands how frustrating it can be when your residence is not cool. We did service to your property three times this year, and did address the initial problem of a clogged drain line. We then came out and determined you needed a new thermostat. The work was approved and payment was made. On the third call, you requested service for the system not cooling. We charged no diagnostic fee, but discovered there was an air leak from the attic area. We quoted the cost to fill and seal the opening, and you approved the cost of $240. We have requested several times that payment be made, and we have not heard from you. We ask the you make payment, or contact our office directly to make payment arrangements: ************. Thank you, Mills Air."

Over pricing for parts to repair a capacitor does not cost $200 as a customer I feel taken advantage of.

Just brought a house still under warranty and my air has gone out. Its been out for four days. They came out and needed to replace a part. They have no idea how long it will take before the part comes in. Can someone tell me why this company products are still in business? Im seeing complaints from neighbors in our subdivision complaining of the same thing. Id like a new a/c that is covered under my warranty by a new contractor.

"Mills Air understands your frustration and concern regarding your HVAC system not keeping your home comfortable. We did come out to your property for the service you requested, and made you aware that a replacement part was needed. Our goal is to make sure we provide a resolution to your system's problem. There is an inventory shortage with HVAC parts in the U.S., and shipments are taking longer than usual. While it's not in our control, we do apologize for the longer than normal wait times. Our team did fix the issue with your system. We would be happy to discuss any other concerns you may have about your system, and ask that you contact our main office: ************** Thank you, Mills Air." Thank you,

Mills Air installed my unit for my new Centex home in 2020. In the first two years (warranty time) I called them out likely close to or over 20 separate times due to the unit not functioning as it should. It would heat while set to cool, have issues switching to heat during winter, etc. Every time they came out they would claim they fixed the problem, and then it would happen again within a few weeks or a couple of months. Here we are, in year 3 of home ownership (my first home) and the air conditioning is STILL not working and having the SAME issues. Due to the documented issues from the beginning of owning this home, and Mills inability to fix it, I will be contacting my home builder and likely having to file a legal claim. Im absolutely not going to pay Mills any of my hard earned money when they came out so many times during the warranty period and this is now year 3 of having the same exact issues with no resolve. Clearly this is a faulty unit, or their technicians are so inept that they were unable to identify or resolve the issues the unit is presenting with. This company is absolutely horrific and this is horrifying to deal with in my first home as a single woman in her twenties.

We moved into the home in September of 2020. We bought a new house for peace of mind so we did not have to worry about the AC and appliances. We never dreamed we would experience such an abysmal state of affairs over the course of the last three years from Mills Air. Our upstairs AC unit has repeatedly stopped working. We have had Mills Air out on warranty calls some 13-15 times. Every single person who has come out was friendly enough but they all diagnosed the unit has having something completely different wrong with the system. Several times the technician said "This is a mess. This has been wired completely wrong." I would tell them well the last person said that too and they moved things around. That happened at least three times. One of the worst things after they had come like 12 times, I had noticed that the units were the wrong size. I ASKED them why was the smaller unit upstairs when heat rises and there was far more square footage and they were like oh...well we installed it wrong. We are going to have to rip out both outside units and both inside units and swap them. In the process, they burned the carpet near the air handler and never replaced it. I have told them there is NO airflow to half the rooms upstairs every time they came. I told every technician there is probably ductwork issues. They stood on a ladder without ever going in the attic with a flashlight. What are they going to see from there? Our electric bill is 450-600$ a month in the summer and the unit constantly runs. It has never been comfortable in our house and we work at home. The AC is broken again since Friday morning. I was told they would call me Friday afternoon and they did not. They never consulted us on a time and we were out all day Saturday. So when we were out they sent a text saying they were coming. We were not available. I waited on their call and here we are Monday and it's still blazing hot in my house. This company is unbelievable . Do not use them.

"Hello Mr. *******: Mills Air appreciates the time you took to share your concerns. Our technicians have been to your property many times since you took possession in 2020, regarding your HVAC system. While there were wiring issues with the system, Mills Air performed the needed diagnostics and repairs, and we stayed diligent in providing our services under warranty each and every time. Your second level unit is covered under a manufacturer warranty for parts, but there is no labor coverage. We made you aware of this when we diagnosed and recommended that the motor on the unit should be replaced, but you declined service. The $372 labor charge is standard pricing for warranty motor replacement. We have since been out to your property, and explained that 99% of the time, once the blower motor has been replaced, everything else should be operational to acceptable standards. Our team has made this recommendation based on our professional experience. If you want to move forward with this service, we would be happy to schedule a visit to your residence. Please contact our main office directly at: 407-277-1159. Thank you."

Don’t do business with this people the management and the technicians are not fixing anything and charged a lot of money all they want to push you to buy new equipment. After they sold a new unit I inside the house they said they not recognized they did . The technician was very nasty and scolding the customers claimed that his a 40 years technician and the others ones doesn’t know anything expressing about his coworkers . The last technician came put gas and charged 700 even knowing that has a leak and knowing that’s against the law. Beside that when you trying to talk to the management they never answered. Worse company to deal with after services done wrong by them. They are not deserve at least half star. Don’t do business with them.
