              On March 9, 2022 I called Action Air Florida for an AC problem. They dispatched a tech that troubleshooted the AC and told me they would send me a quote by e-mail. I was charged $95.00 for the call and the work estimate. On March 10, 2022 I called to follow up on the quote, that I had not recived and I was told the quote would be sent to me soon. I confirmed my e-mail address and they stated that it was accurate. On March 11, 2022 after not receiving the quote I called again and I was told that I was not getting a quote. I was charged $95.00 for absolutely nothing, Action Air Florida stole my hard earned money. I have no quote, my AC still broken and now I have to call someone else that will charge me another service call fee. This company should not have a good rating. They took my money and have nothing for it. I have reported this FRAUD to the Osceola Police Department. I would appreciate it if the BBB takes account of this incident and properly document it.               Actually, I called this a/c company (Action Air of Florida) for the first time in July (2021) as a result of their listing with BBB. I needed a new a/c unit for a business location and was very satisfied with their overall performance from the prompt, courteous, and efficient office personnel to the installation staff. John, the owner, was in constant communication, overseeing everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing such service for home or business.
