              Just Chill AC and Heating installed a three-ton Rheem Heat Pump unit in my home on 3/3/21. I've not had a problem with the AC yet, but the heat does not work at all! I followed the directions but it does not respond at all, it's totally dead. I've been calling for a week and have no replies. The message says they are trying to set up an answering service. I live in Orlando, it's been in the low 30's. I recently was discharged from the hospital and can not stand the cold. I was going to buy a floor unit but why when I spent $5,000 for my supposed new unit. I've called that number twenty times a day with no luck. Please help, I would like my brand new AC and HEAT unit to keep me healthy.Thank YOU!

              I purchased a new Goodman ac unit from this company and could never get it serviced when it broke down. This company takes your money and than your left out in the cold if repairs needed like I did could never get ahold of them. so never use this company
