Royalty fence did not fulfill their contract with us. 3/22/20 contract signed and $1300.00 deposit given. 3/24/20 check cashed, called Frank the owner. He stated , I worry to much. Called for 3 more months. 6/18/20 he showed up to start job. Promised to return to replace boards that he knew would be split or cracked. Promised to spray fence with sealer, as well. Nov 24 2020 fence was sprayed with what appeared to be water. No boards replaced. Called Frank the owner , once again repeatedly. I was told job would be completed. In January 2021, still no Frank the owner of Royalty Fence is showing up. Called him,' he said, thanks for the reminder.' He refuses to finish his job that was paid for. Hired (2) other Licensed contractors for repair bids on his horrible job to fix it-$1400.00 to fix his damage... not even one year old fence that is falling apart. 34 boards, front gate has to be rebuilt, spikes sticking through in numerous areas, warped front gate by 4 inches. Takes two people to open it. Back gate was built upside down.( per two other contractors) Royalty fence is not licensed or bonded. He ( Frank ) the owner gives you a tax ID #. I pray he does this to no one else. I am telling 100% truth with pictures and legal documents..
