BE ADVISED.... THIS COMPANY “P.A.S. PROGRAM” OBTAINED ALL MY CREDIT HISTORY DATING BACK MORE THAN FIVE YEARS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS FROM A MAN NAMED ********* ******* STATING THAT HE WAS REFERED TO ME BY A CONSUMER AGENCY DUE TO ERRORS WITH MY CREDIT HISTORY; YET MR. ******* COULD NOT PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT REFERED HIM TO ME; BUT WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ASSESSMENT OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT ALL THREE CREDIT AGENCIES HAVE IN THEIR COLLECTIVE FILES WITH MY NAME, PASSED ADDRESSES GOING BACK TO PUERTO RICO, DATE OF BIRTH AND MY S.S. (LAST4). HE STATES THAT FOR A FEE OF $500, HE CAN ASSIST WITH NEGATIVE POST REMOVALS FROM THE THREE CREDIT AGENCIES ON MY BEHALF. I CALLED THE COMPANY’S MAIN OFFICE NUMBER, LOCATION, 6034 CORAL WAY, MIAMI, FL 33155-2017, AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO HAD ANSWERED THE PHONE BUT SHE REFUSED TO ASSIST ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE HARRASING CALLS AS HE HUNG THE PHONE UP REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK NO ONE PICKS UP THE LINE AND AFTER SEVERAL ATEMPTS NOW MY NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED. IT’S IRONIC THAT I BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS YET THEY KEEP ON CALLING ME UNDER A DIFFERENT NUMBERS BUT WHEN I CALL TO MAKE A COMPLAINT OF HARRASMENT THEY BLOCK MY NUMBER. THESE CALL ARE REALLY AFFECTING MY WORK PERFORMANCE FOR I KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM MR. ******* PRESSURING ME TO PURCHASE HIS SERVICES. ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS COMPANY “P.A.S. PROGRAM” TO STOP CALLING ME AND THE REMOVAL OF ALL MY PERSONAL DATA REMOVED FROM THEIR SYSTEM. **** ******* ********P.A.S. Programa De Ayuda Simple, Corp.

********************, entendemos que est molesto, pero en su resea hay bastantes puntos por aclarar y lo haremos a continuacin:
1. No obtuvimos su historial de crdito sin su permiso, como usted lo afirma. Para solicitar su reporte de crdito no solo usted nos autoriz durante la llamada (que ****** fue grabada con su autorizacin), sino que por su seguridad debi responder varias preguntas sobre su historial de crdito y de las que solo usted conoca las respuestas. Sin *** informacin, es absolutament imposible acceder a la informacin de crdito de cualquier persona, incluyndolo a usted.
2. El seor ********************************* es uno de nuestros analistas financieros y toda la informacin que le dio sobre su historial de crdito, le fue dada durante el anlisis del reporte que se solicit previamente con su autorizacin. En la primer llamada hecha por el ******************* el 19 de septiembre en horas de la maana, usted le inform que **** reportados algunos pagos tardos y le provey la informacin personal nec***ria y la autorizacin verbal para poder solicitar el reporte y hacer el anlisis correspondiente. Despus de realizar el anlisis usted le pidi a su analista financiero que se comunicara nuevamente a las 4:20pm y cuando l se comunic con usted a *** hora, le pidi que lo llamara de nuevo al da siguiente, 09/20/22 a las 8:00am, lo que quiere decir que nadie lo estaba acosando, sino que estaban comunicndose a la hora que usted lo solicit.
3. Nadie ha bloqueado su nmero y en las grabaciones de las llamadas que revisamos no evidenciamos que alguien le haya colgado. Nuestras lneas telefnicas estn habilitadas y usted puede comunicarse con nuestro departamento de servicio al cliente en cualquier momento en horario de oficina. Le confirmamos los nmeros que le fueron dados por su analista financiero: *******************-541-0100, fax *************.
4. Las llamadas que realizamos el da de ***** 20 de septiembre, se arelizaron porque usted as lo pidi el da 19 de septiembre y durante una de ellas, usted solicit a su analista que lo llamara de nuevo el da jueves 22 de septiembre, lo que confirma nuevamente que nadie lo estaba acosando, sino respondiendo a su solicitud.
5. Nuestra compaa no tiene nmeros diferentes para poder evitar bloqueos de nuestros nmeros, somos una compaa con casi 20 aos en el mercado, tenemos cientos de clientes activos y para poder llamarlos a todos, necesitamos contar con ms de una lnea telefnica. Nuestro sistema de telefona es el que enruta las llamadas salientes y asigna la lnea que se va a usar al momento de llamar. Nuestros analistas financieros no escogen manualmente las lneas para llamarlo ni saben si ustes ha bloqueado o no un nmero.
6. Nuestro inters es ayudar a personas que como usted, tienen un mal historial de crdito, no forzarlo a hacer parte de nuestra compaa ya que si no trabajamos en equipo, es imposible obtener resultados positivos. Debido a esto, su informacin personal y financiera junto con su nmero telefnico fueron removidos de nuestra base de datos.
Si tiene alguna pregunta o en el futuro decide iniciar el proceso explicado por el analista financiero que lo estaba atendiendo, comunquese nuevamente a nuestras lneas telefnicas.

Mr. ********, we understand that you are upset, but in your review there are quite a few points to clarify and we will do so next:
1. We did not obtain your credit history without your permission, as you claim. To request your credit report, not only you authorized us during the call (which was also recorded with your authorization), but for your security you had to answer several questions about your credit history and to which only you knew the answers. Without that information, it is absolutely impossible to access the credit information of anyone, including you.
2. Mr. ********************************* is one of our financial analysts and all the information that he gave you about your credit history was given to you during the analysis of the report that was previously requested with your authorization. In the first call made by Mr. ******* on the morning of September 19, you informed him that you had reported some late payments and provided him with the necessary personal information and verbal authorization to be able to request the report and carry out the corresponding analysis. After doing the analysis, you asked your financial analyst to call you back at 4:20pm and when he called you at that time, you asked himu to call back the next day, 09/20/22 at 8:00am, which means that no one was harassing you, but they were communicating at the time you requested.
3. Nobody has blocked your number and in the recordings of the calls that we reviewed, we do not show that someone hunged up on you. Our phone lines are enabled and you can contact our customer service department at any time during office hours. We confirm the numbers given to you by your financial analyst: *******************-541-0100, fax *************.
4. The calls we made yesterday, September 20, were made because you requested it on September 19 and during one of them, you asked your analyst to call you again on Thursday, September 22, which again confirms that no one was harassing you, but rather responding to your request.
5. Our company does not have different numbers in order to avoid blocking of our numbers, we are a company with almost 20 years in the market, we have hundreds of active clients and to be able to call them all, we need to have more than one telephone line. Our phone system is the onte that routes outgoing calls and assigns the line to be used when calling. Our financial analysts do not manually choose the lines to call you or know if you have blocked a number or not.
6. Our interest is to help people who, like you, have a bad credit history, not to force you to be part of our company, since if we do not work as a team, it is impossible to obtain positive results. Due to this, your personal and financial information along with your phone number were removed from our database.
