    I have been trying for about five years to contact this company in order to transfer my domain name. No response. For the last two years I have been trying to access the member portal and I get a rejection message. Cant get in. I can't help but believe this has something to do with my enquirers. Two years ago I had the domain/entity/company contact them. Since then I have not been able to contact them, although the domain/entity/company did talk to them and they said they were willing to work with me. Today I was unable to get in to connect a ****** calendar. I'm now forced to get a new domain and a new website after using this one since 2008! This company is a total scam. They are praying on Christians who believe they are ministry oriented. I see now that they are not even a member of the BBB. I am disgusted and the next time I am in ***** will try to find their office although I suspect that is a longshot. I even tried at one point emailing the company owner. No response. Christians' beware, this is a "Sheep in wolves clothing"!.

    We engaged Inspyre to support our Churchs website (******************* - *******************************************************) in the mid 2010s and it was billed to my credit card. In 2018 we decided to cancel our subscription with them and reached out to Inspyre via multiple channels and have never received a response to cancel our subscription and or cease the electronic invoices. We have called their Billing Number ************ listed on their invoices and website at least ****************************************************************************************** contact **, I have called their business multiple times, and as recently as March 24, 2021 written and sent a certified letter via the **** requesting them to cease the invoicing and cancel our account. It was returned Attempted Not Known. My concern is they have ceased operations and to protect my credit rating, I changed my **************** Credit Card to ensure that I am not affected. This is still a concern and what I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau. Please provide some guidance
