            I have just been approved for Medicare, Faith E. from Senior Healthcare Direct called my house. She stated that she was dealing with the suppliemental plans. She told me that I qualified for Plan N. I asked her to explain it and she stated that it covered all out of pocket expenses. I asked her twice about her statement and she assured me that it covered all out of pocket expenses. I recently attended a doctors appointment and I received a bill in the mail. When I called the company that was supposed to be paying the bill, I was told that I had not met my medicare deductible therefore it was not covered. I tried to contact Faith E. who sold me this plan under false pretenses however she is not returning my call. I want it to be known that Senior Healthcare Direct employs individuals that practice predatory sales tactics and it cost individuals like me thousands of dollars. That money could be applied to medicare deductibles and we would save money over there charges

            These people are driving me crazy with their excessive phone calls. I get about an average of 8 a day. When you try to call to call back from the number they just called from, it says it's not a working number. I will not do business with a company that uses burner phones. They call from a different number each time. It's becoming harassing.
