I looked into your complaint. What I found is that we performed the service in question almost nine months ago. I wish that I could have addressed this quite some time ago.The window tinter that worked on your car moved to N.J. six months ago, so I'm unable to consult him regarding this incident. Complaints are very rare, and unresolved ones, even more so. If you would like to come by the store to go over the issue(s) with your vehicle, please do so Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 - 6:00 and ask for *****. Please call first to confirm that he is available.
