My husband had ordered paint from Structall in the wrong color and wanted to return it. After we convinced them it had not been used, they agreed and provided a link to a return label. We sent the product back. When they received it, they emailed him to ask if he still wanted the refund or a replacement. He asked for a refund. That was on 11/5/2021. I had, in the meantime, involved the credit card company in it as a dispute. Structall asked us to stop the dispute but Capital One said they could not do that once a case was opened and that they would close the case once it was resolved. On 12/17/2021 I was notified by Capital One that they had responded to them that the paint was not returnable and that they do not accept returns; neglecting to mention that they had already accepted and acknowledged it on 11/5/2021 via email (uploaded). Capital one asked me for proof and I sent them the email chain showing them saying they had received the paint back and would issue the refund. Today (12/20), I was told by Capital One that Mastercard needed a copy of the return label. As Structall had sent me that in an expiring link, I no longer had a copy. They knew this and chose to lie to the credit card company AND keep both the paint AND my money. That makes them liars AND thieves. To resolve this, I want my $118.53 returned to my card in which case, I will take no further action.
