      This company exploits the desire for jewelry that holds sentimental value or is special to the buyer. They mislead customers by suggesting that their products can be easily returned/exchanged . They sell items and then push extended warranties, claiming that returns are straightforward when they are not. After the sale, they attempt to upsell additional services. This is a scam operation, and I strongly advise against supporting a company that preys on emotional purchases. The high prices are not justified by the quality provided. In my case, I saved for months to buy a bracelet, but upon receiving it, it was too large. I tried to use their supposedly "great return policy" just to exchange it for a fitting bracelet. A local jeweler would have adjusted it for free, but this company charged a fee. It's not about the cost but the principle; they sell jewelry they know might not fit and then charge to adjust it. This company is deceiving everyday people who want to support businesses and receive quality jewelry. My experience suggests they're trying to grow their business by scamming customers after the initial purchase. Buyer beware.

      I placed a custom order on June 10, 2025. They confirmed and said it was shipped on June 12, 2025. Haven’t received order and they claim it is still waiting to be picked up by USPS. I’ve paid for it and don’t believe I will ever receive it. You can’t call the Customer Service telephone number provided as it responds with a text message. This company is a scam. I emailed them and get AI responses back. I want my money back and I don’t want a store credit. I don’t want to do business with them anymore.

      Absolutely horrible experience. Item didn't arrive for Mother's Day after guaranteed delivery was advertised. Terrible customer service with AI generated responses that offer no real solutions. The lack of prioritizing shipping is a huge red flag for an online store. Never purchase from this company!

      Just looking for your money on a one time purchase. Will do whatever they have to for you to make a purchase and then whatever they have to in order to keep the money. Don’t expect them to honor anything above taking your money and offering some sort of product. Anything else on top of that is too much to ask.

      I love my first purchase few months ago - a $340 gold willow disc on chain with small diamond - bought for $340 . Tried to buy a second today—/ price $460.! ***** tarrifs? Or corporate greed? Come on people. Ridiculous hike so won’t buy.

      Absolutely garbage quality of jewelry. Extremely expensive and extremely cheap. Ordered a necklace that broke before I ever even put it on. Was offered a store credit since they don't give refunds, shocking. I used the store credit and ordered an anklet. It's so short I can only wear it as a bracelet and I'm appalled at the cheap quality when it's valued to be about $150 for "sterling silver". Very cheap and SO THIN.

      This company is a scam. First, they wouldn't accept the coupon that they provided. Should of been the 1st red flag. They never shipped the $178 order. Was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd. They keep coming up with excuses. Total scam

      They claim that their bar necklaces are "solid gold" when in reality they are hollow. They delivered less than $75 in gold for nearly $500 retail.
