    I purchased a Red Nigerian Uromastyx. No where on there did it say imported reptile. I uploaded the picture of what the reptile they advertised I would get. I uploaded pictures of what they sent me the second we took it outta the box. The lizard won't eat the enclosure is all the right Temps. It's dehydrated, skinny, has skin irritation, and won't even move just lays there like it's about to die. The sight says 100% arrival of alive and healthy animals. It's clearly not healthy. By looking at the pictures. Says you can return the animal for any reason. Says shipping is non refundable. But I didn't get what they advertised in the pictures. They scammed us and sent us a pretty much dead lizard. So I want them to refund us are money back. They sold us the wrong lizard. Don't look anywhere close to what they show. And they should pay for shipping too because the animal is not what they advertised. And I want the money back upfront and not to have to wait for them to receive it because I don't trust them and I believe they would kill the animal to keep are money. It was sent to us in poor shape.

    All sales are final and all customers must agree to terms prior to check out. This customer purchased a Red Uromastyx Lizard from our website. We shipped and delivered the product priority overnight. We gave the customer support via email, explaining to her that what she was experiencing was normal. The lizard arrive alive and feeding.

    They are a theft but that's fine. The animal arrived alive yes but they were told it wouldn't eat. The animal later died like I told them probably would happen and their site clearly says for any reason you would like to return the animal you are responsible for shipping cost.
