      On March 27th, 2023; My daughter had an eye exam at ****** ****** of Ocoee. We we able to pick out her glasses and the total cost of the glasses were $524. I had to make a full payment for the glasses before they could order them. I also paid $59.00 for the eye exam, that was my deductible after my vision insurance was applied. On April 20th, 2023, I paid $250 for my daughter’s glasses and on the next day, I submitted another payment of $274 on the 21st of April 2023. This gives the total amount of $583 for my daughter’s glasses. We waited for the glasses to come for a month. I called the business multiple times and the workers were telling me that the glasses were on back order. 2 weeks goes by and the same results, the glasses were being made. The following week, my daughter and sister goes to ****** ****** of Ocoee and the business was closed. Now, online, it showing that it is permanently closed. I called ****** **** Plan, my insurance company, informed them what happened and to get the next steps. My insurance stated that ****** ****** never submitted a claim for my daughter’s eye exam nor did they submit a claim for my daughter’s glasses. In total, I spent $583.57 with ****** ****** and did not receive my daughter’s glasses nor did they provide me with my daughter’s prescription to be able to get her some new glasses. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau to advocate on my behalf to reallocate the funds that were spent with Pearl Vision. Attached to this claim are my bank statements where funds were paid to ****** ****** of Ocoee
