      Purchased a gator Trax cover for $1376.94 on 8-3-2021. 14 months later it cracked, it is only covered by a one year warranty. Guess that tell alot about the quality of the product they sell to only cover for one year. I would not recommend real truck to anybody!!!!

      You seem to be apologizing to a good number of people about your customer service, seems to be a trend!!! Shipped a $2k truck bed cover without the installation hardware, it's been over a week since I called to complain and the replacement parts still haven't shipped! As I write this I'm on hold with your "tech" department to try and figure out where my parts are!

      Based on the very high volume it may appear that we are apologizing often however this is a very small fraction of the overall customer experience that is had. But in any instance where a customer has a less than satisfactory experience we definitely want to acknowledge this with an apology. In this instance the missing hardware was tied to an item that came directly from the manufacturer so we were working with them directly to provide the needed parts. They stated these were sent out overnight on October 6th which was confirmed however per your request we have authorized the full return and refund due to the delay should you choose to pursue it.

      I didn't quite order what I thought I was getting the first go. No problem, they arranged for an exchange. The 2nd go the person neglected to get the one for my truck. That's ok they made everything go as quick and painless as possible so I again could fix that. Even though it was a little frustrating, I was so impressed with their efforts to give amazing service, I had to still give 5 stars. They are a little slow on email response but fantastic if you just call.

      Great pricing and product selections, but delivery and follow-up customer service is the worst in the industry. If you happen to not get your delivery or need to make a return/exchange, you're in a heap of trouble. RT back-ordered then cancelled my order, but it took a month plus a half-dozen phone calls and emails to get my card credited. I asked for a CS Manager and then settled for a promised return call which never occurred. Do yourself a favor and stick with 4-Wheel Parts or JEGs.

As you had multiple items on your order, the return authorization was incorrectly applied to the wrong product thereby causing an error in the process.       Terrible. Ordered item. Shipping dates changed 5 times in 2 months. Finally gave up and cancelled order. STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND 7 days later! Do not use them.

      We are sorry for the shipping delays with the manufacturer for the item that you ordered. Due to supply chain issues this particular item encountered unforeseen delays. We continue to strive to provide available products through multiple sources however we were unable to obtain this specific item from any of those additional locations. We did receive your cancellation request which was communicated to the manufacturer for confirmation. They replied within a few business days and your refund was submitted for processing and completed at that time. If you currently do not show that you have been refunded in full we recommend you contact your payment provider directly regarding any delays.

      I got a set of custom seat covers from them made by Fia. The fitment was off a bit, and the rear seat upper section was missing a velcro tie down entirely. Along with a pin hole in the stretchy material on the sides and back. Its not worth the $500 I spent... I could have gotten new/used seats for a bit more. I asked for a email thread to be started so I could send videos of these issues when I installed the covers. I sent the videos of the issues to RealTruck, and now they want more pictures. Which I'd have to rip apart my truck interior again in order to do so... Not happening when I sent detailed videos the first time when I saw the issues as I installed the products. They claim they can't send videos to the company who makes the seat covers. Its 2022 and you can't send a video? I wouldn't order from here. There's no quality control or customer service besides asking you repeatedly for things you ALREADY gave them before they even asked for them. Most places that sell these SAME seat covers say 2-4 weeks to receive the order because they have to be custom made. Mine got here SUPER fast, less than a week. So it makes me think I got someone else's returned item they had sitting around in the warehouse.

      We do apologize for any issue with your order. Certain seat covers, though typically custom made, are often ordered in quantity from the manufacturer in order to support higher moving product lines based on the vehicle. Your initial order arrived early and in new condition for this exact reason. The issue with the videos was simply due to the format in which there were received and we are sorry for this delay. We have reached out the manufacturer in lieu of these and they are sending a replacement rear back rest cover for part number Oe32-16 in Gray. They ask to allow a few weeks for this to be completed and shipped directly to you.

      RUN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought a cover and liner 3 months ago for a 2022 Pickup Truck. They sent the wrong size, they were not clear when asking for the information needed to select your items. They fail to ask the right questions when taking your money and order, and I believe they do this on purpose. To send it back to get the correct size you have to pay for the freight to send the cover back which cost more that the product and an automatic 20% re-stocking fee. It took them 3 months to determine they will not send a label. They try to say that we ordered the wrong size. They have incompetent people taking the orders. They seem interested in getting the money and selling the products. They do not care how they are doing it. BE VERY MINDFUL OF WHAT AND HOW YOU ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE LOOKING TO SELL MERCHANDISE NO MATTER HOW THEY GET IT. GRADE D

We do offer a fitment guarantee based on ordering directly with a representative where they ask multiple qualifying questions to ensure there are no issues with your product and that the product best suits your needs. In this case the 20 minute sales call was reviewed and it was confirmed that the product that was shipped was the product matching the year, make, model (including bed size) that was provided to us on the phone call. As freight items are listed as non-returnable, and it was confirmed that the item ordered was the item was received, we were able to review the exception of the return however the additional freight and restock fees would be passed onto the consumer.

      Ordered 4 wheels at $1350 from this company. Received email from FedEx saying only 2 items were shipping. Contacted customer service who Assured me 4 wheels were shipped...nope!! Received 2 wheels of which one was damaged, customer service said they are working on it. After every call I receive a generic email which states your issue has been marked as DONE. What that means I don't know until I call them again. A month later I cancel order completely and am finally told the wheels are on backorder. Avoid this company at all costs! You'll pay all your money upfront and receive a partial order and then seem like a nuisance...never again.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience with your recent experience. The wheels that you ordered ship directly from the manufacturer. In cases such as this we rely fully on their shipping or service department to provide updates regarding any production or shipping delays which could lead to your order not arriving as expected. Your order was placed for the full set of four wheels however the manufacturer shipped what they had available while they awaited additional inventory to be produced and arrive. Unfortunately in this case they did inform us of delays contributing to an updated timeline of the end of November which was conveyed to you. We did review obtaining your specific items from another distributor however we were unable to do so. Per your request we show we have provided your prepaid label to pick up the items that were delivered and refund the cost of the items that were delayed. We always strive for a wonderful experience and are also disappointed when we are unable to resolve them in cases such as this. We continually work with our vendors and carriers to provide consistent delivery and transparency when delays occur and will continue to improve the overall communication process for all of our customers.

      My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered a product that was in stock at the time of order per their website. I received a 30 day delivery delay. After thirty days, I received another 30 day delay notice. I called to cancel the order. I ordered the same product from another company thinking my order was canceled as the agent stated it was cancelled. I received the product from the new company in two days!!!! Realtruck then delivered to me the same product after they stated they cancelled it. I called to return the product but they never sent me the RA as they promised to return the product. So I have paid twice and am stuck with a duplicate product that I cant use. I will never again use this company. Beware before you buy!!!

Our records show we did receive your cancellation request however when we requested cancellation from the manufacturer they informed us that the item had already shipped and was out for delivery to you. We then requested your RA from them and are currently awaiting the authorization in order to provide your prepaid label. As the request was opened during the 30 day return window this will be honored as soon as the manufacturer approves.
