    On 8/3/2023 this company was hoped by my neighbor to cut down trees. Without asking me they cut my tree down as well. They said it was dead, but according to fl law that doesn’t matter. It did not pose an imminent threat, and my kids were home. I could have been consulted with. When asked, my neighbor knew it was my tree, but didn’t care. I should have had the right to take care of it myself. I contacted the tree company. They Promised to make it right, they told me to pick out a tree at *** ***** ******** and then refused to answer my texts or take my calls. This has caused me a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. I have told them I will have to pursue legal matters if they don’t make it right, but after over 3 weeks, and being ignored, I have been more than patient. It has affected my ability to sleep and has affected my performance at work. I have lived there for 17 years, and that tree was there the whole time. There was no rot , and out of options. I appreciate any help in this matter, and making others aware.

    The company did reach out to me privately.  They came and planted a new tree of my choosing, in the spot where my tree was removed.  I was told that I had been talking to the wrong individual in order to get this resolved.  As far as I am concerned, they have made this right!  I am happy with the results! Thank you for your help.
