    Terrible is the best I can describe the service. I had a specific appointment to have my truck looked at. I brought it in wit a relatively minor problem. Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in befit the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies,MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ITS A SHIT-SHOW for customer **********************. Please explaine to me in specific language exactly what an APPOINTMENT is for! They were great at excuses but terrible at service. Never use them!

    We are very sorry that you would describe our service as terrible. The very reason we set appointments is so that we can service our clients/customers in a timely manner.  If everyone walked in at the same time it would make this much more difficult.  The appointment time is to diagnose the vehicle and come up with a plan for the vehicle. At which point depending on the problem, repair times will obviously vary.   We do service walk-ins as we can.  Your appointment was at 1pm, which you missed.  Your car was towed into us at 3pm on a Friday afternoon.  If you arrive at a doctor's office 2 hours late your chances of seeing the doctor are highly unlikely, luckily we are more flexible than that. As you can imagine we had to continue helping other customers who did drop their cars off on time. When your car arrived late we already had our lifts full so we were unable to look at your vehicle that late on a Friday afternoon.  We do not work on weekends which is clearly stated on the front door.  Unfortunately when Monday rolled around half of our Mechanics reported to work, the others were home sick like so many people in our area. Obviously we could not have predicted how short handed we would be. We would have loved to have been able to diagnose your car on Monday, however there were still others we had to finish. Sometimes life happens.  We were able to diagnose your Truck on Tuesday at which point we realized you had sent us an unusable part, which we allowed you to provide.  The correct part you would have needed to provide cost $800.  We were able to fabricate a part fixing the problem and charged you only $176.  Saving you quite a bit of money.  So, actually we gave you a $624 discount.  After your wife thanked us for saving you so much money we were very surprised to receive your complaint.  Hopefully you can see now that we tried very hard to provide good service and even more we hope this helps you understand the concept of an appointment.
